Employees were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and tidy. It had everything I needed and I would stay here again. Good value.

Dirty surroundings

Great place to send my birthday weekend!

The girl working front desk has horrible customer service she lied would not let me speak to a manager first he was too busy then he wasn’t there they she said he had just left we had issues with 2 rooms last night we had to be moved and yet she kept my deposit saying there was ashes on a towel no it was black make up and then she said there was ashes on the floor then she changed it and said there was ashes on the table mind you none of us smoke then she called the police because we asked to speak to a manager I have stayed there numerous times and she is the only one who gives a hard time this has been the worst experience ever also she would not even tell us the managers name

The hotel smelt like tuna fish upstairs there was mold all in the bathroom. The staff was very nice. It’s just a hotel that needs a lot of work. Carpet was ripped holes in the blanket. I’ve stayed there multiple times but this time it was extremely stinky and a lot of mold.

It started off rough but got so much better. I was not aware that I would need another $100 when I got there for a deposit, especially since they had told thru an email the day prior to our stay they needed my credit card info again in case of any damages which they had taken a small fee off of. The man at the front desk has no customer service skills what so ever . I was able to get my Aunt to PayPal me the $100 otherwise I would have had to forfeit the money I paid for the room. This was Christmas day. My son and I have had a horrible year losing both my Mom and my daughter ( his Grandmother and Sister) My son and I talked and decided instead of buying each other presents, we would get a hotel room for a few days because neither of us live somewhere that we can have company spend the night. I had paid for the room in advance. So we're trying to check in on Christmas and the man at the front desk says I need to pay a $100 deposit. I only had $42 left in my account and $20 cash on me. He said " and I said it's $100" I asked why they needed my card information yesterday on which they had charged a small fee , he didn't reply. I told him our situation and could he work with me at all since my paycheck would be direct deposited into my account the next day. He said nothing but just stared at me. I called my Aunt and she helped me. The room was pretty and clean. Every other staff member I dealt with during our stay was wonderful. The free hit breakfast was GR8 !

Generally good place

It was obvious they are in the process of renovating. We did not get a renovated room. The bathroom was sub par for a La Quinta. The sink drained very slowly. The bathroom smelled like urine. The bathtub had been painted at one point and the paint was peeling. The caulk was cracked and in places it was obvious it had been applied over mold... The main room was clean with no odor. The hallways to the rooms needed new carpet. Breakfast was overcooked and I really missed juice as an option. That being said, it felt safe on property, the room itself was clean even if the bathroom failed to meet my standards, night staff at check in had a good personality, and the price was good. They do allow pets on 1st floor and those rooms had been remodeled (I didn't see them, but they were there.)

The bed sheets smelled so dusty and the walls Were dirty the restroom was clogged and it was so hard to get help the hallways smelled so disgusting

It was a nice stay. Quiet and safe.

Not room I paid for

There dirty sheets and a big hole in the bathroom my girlfriend was scared to shower because we thought someone would look through the hole .

When I arrived to the hotel, there were people standing by the front door smoking cigarettes. The young lady that checked me in was very nice. I went straight to the room to shower and get ready for dinner once my boyfriend arrived. When he arrived he went into the bathroom and found a cockroach. He killed that one and then there was one crawling up the wall. This was around 730-8. We went to the desk and let the staff know with pictures, and said we were leaving and I would like a refund since we were not staYing. She told me she could not approve it. Called the next day was told the manager would be there monday.. I called monday.. was told there was nothing they could do. I contacted expedia.. they contacted the hotel who told her no they were not approving a refund. They finally agreed to the refund. Read the reviews people! The hotel was also “under construction”… the whole hotel stunk.. it smells like an ashtray.

I tried to call several times to cancel this and was always told they couldn't hear me. Service was terrible and I ended up not checking and got charged after trying to contact the company

Staff was not helpful

It was quiet, convenient and comfortable.

Property was nice
