The property was as expected. The bed was comfortable and the room inviting. Wished the breakfast included some form of protein other than the eggs. Cereal, waffles, toast, biscuits and gravy were available along with the egg discs.

The La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham was the best hotel of my trip to Ohio. It had only two minor issues that needed to be address.
1. The smoke alarm was hanging by its wires!
2. There was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom.
Both simple repairs.
I stayed at two other hotels, one was nice, but not on the scale of the La Quinta Inn, and the other should be condemned and bulldozed to the ground! I would recommend this hotel as it is clean, centrally located in Fairborn and freeway close.

Stayed here May 2nd-3rd room was VERY muggy/humid air did not work. Then as we were packing up we found a half dead roach in the corner of the room.
Broken computer chair. Lots of stains on chair. Dripping tub.

The La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham was the best hotel of my trip to Ohio. It had only two minor issues that needed to be address.

Overall the facility was ok. Breakfast was not up to par. First LQ I have been to with NO fresh fruit for breakfast. Plus we saw a mouse run across the food area!

Mold damage, holes in walls ceilings, and floor. Trim falling off the walls. Did not feel it was safe for our kids. When we told front desk they just asked why we didn’t want to try going to a new room.

Was not impressed. The integrity of the hotel was definitely questioned. The lady at the front desk was very nice and understanding. We did end up leaving all together because our ceiling fan was not even attached to the ceiling.

You get what you pay for. It’s a cheaper option in the area but it’s an old hotel. Stills smells of cigarette smoke painted over. Carpets are old and smell. Heat/air conditioner sounds like a jet engine every time it kicks on. When it’s off you can hear all the highway traffic at night on 675 and your neighbors in the next room having a conversation at midnight. Beds are hard. Not a good sleep here.

Rude staff when checking in. Smell in room. Black mold in shower. Missing handle on shower door. Noisy construction (painting) in the room next to me at 10-11pm. Overall so disappointing.
