It’s nicely clean, front desk staffs were very nice when asked where to eat.
There is even Culligan Purified water provided. Breakfast was so so, but at the off season price: can’t ask for deluxe.

My experience was good! I noticed that the room smelled a bit mildewy when I turned on the AC, but I think that’s just Florida :) other than that I had a great stay. The bed was very comfortable!

I have stayed at different LaQuintas in the past and enjoyed the spacious, clean rooms and the amenities therein. My partner and I each have a dog. The morning after our arrival we went down to the hot breakfast with both dogs (leashed) and the woman there said our dogs were not allowed there. We paid an additional $85 to have our dogs in this "pet friendly" hotel and if left in the room alone after being expelled from the dining area, they continuously barked until we returned. The following morning as we exited the lobby for the dog area, two women were in that dining area with a Pomeranian. The same woman who told ME dogs could not be in that area allowed them but not us? Very disappointed in that and additionally she used a rude tone with me. We had a 3 night stay and I'm certain there were probably complaints about the barking dogs on the second floor each morning at 6:30 a.m. while we ate breakfast downstairs.

We stay here all the time when in FWB for baseball and have never had a bad experience. Breakfast could be better, but it gets the job done.
