Very comfortable King size bed . Very quiet also

Not all LaQuintas are created equal. This place needs a heavy duty makeover. Dirty and run down. Breakfast was less than mediocre. We love staying at others LaQuintas but this was a huge disappointment

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

That hotel was the stuff that my WORST nightmares are made of. Dirty and seedy…I didn’t feel safe. We left and spent the night with a teammate.

They are letting this property degrade. It’s dirty, every rug needs replacing. In our room, the bathroom’s main light was out. I can no longer recommend this hotel.

Property is under a major redo and the interior looks horrible. On line checkin says there are no pets allowed yet when I made the reservation it was a pet Friendly hotel. Staff was accommodating with missing items. People hanging around in the parking lot and propping the access door open. Not a safe environment.

This place needs a mayor makeover, it had good reviews when we booked and it wasn’t super cheap ($200 a night)

Rooms were smelly and dirty. We did not stay the night.

We stayed at this property last year and again this year. We were alarmed at how run-down the hotel had become. It was not a good value and we will be looking elsewhere in the future.

We checked in to room 411, dropped off our things, freshened up in the bathroom and went to dinner. We returned about 3 hours later. Turned on the lights and noticed several small bugs on the walls and one crawl across the bed. Then I spotted 2 large cockroaches run beside and under the bed and one crawl across the bathroom floor. We immediately gathered our things, went to front desk, told him what was wrong and asked for a refund. He said he couldn’t do that because I booked through 3rd party (Expedia) and that I would have to talk to the manager the next day. He offered another room and said maybe someone had “carried them in”. It was late and we were tired so we took room on another floor (611). We checked everything we could in that room and saw no bugs. This room did have clean bed and towels and bed was comfortable. But carpets in whole hotel are old and dirty looking, elevator is dirty, lobby and breakfast area are nice, grass outside needs mowed and some landscaping done - just definitely needs tlc. When we checked out my husband told young man at front desk they definitely need to have exterminator come before they are infested if not already. He said he had made note of it. I have attempted to call management twice on different days and both times they were not there and not sure when they would be there.

Perfectly fine property except outdated. Very few electric outlets. Toilet so low it was challenging for us to get up and down.

Never stay at this hotel!!! It's a pig sty. Smells like cat urine. Front desk very unhelpful. Personally can't believe that Hotel's.com would attach their names to it

We entered the room and the carpet was torn and stained. The matress was worn and was sagging in the center. It appeared pretty old to be in that condition. We did not stay. We checked out immediately, got a refund and went to a nearby hotel.

Property needs a face lift

A/C could not be controlled - buttons were broken that would raise/lower temperature or control fan speed. Room was good with amenities but room needs overall update. Breakfast was good for this quality hotel.

Building in need of maintenance. Hallway carpet disgusting. Room was just okay. Clean but furnishings seemed worn. Definitely in need of some TLC.
