Nice Hotel for the price.

No smoking signs posted all over, yet the smell of marijuana was present everywhere inside and out in the parking. Observed people smoking in the parking lot. Dog in room next door very loud during the day - appeared the occupants left and kept the dog in the room by itself. The dog did not bark at night, thank goodness. Lights in entrance to room did not work.

The carpets in the lobby and halls were worn out and maybe in need of replacement. There was construction on the outside of the property, maybe they are planning on replacing the carpets after the exterior work in done. But what was most annoying to me was that when I went to the main lobby for breakfast a little before 9:30 AM for the "free breakfast", I was told there was no breakfast avaliable and there was noone eating. So it looked like there hadn't been any breakfast served there for a while. I was giving no advance notice of any of these circumstances upon booking nor at check in.

The property is being painted outside but is in need of serious repairs inside, not a pleasant place inside.

The room was absolutely disgusting. I am mortified to admit that I once’s stayed there. We entered a dirty facility with wallpapers falling down. The elevator was in no way safe. Missing handrails and broken photo frames. Dirt all over floors. The smell was so extreme for a non smoking hotel. Lots of partiers. We had to ask for a new room due to no power to the outlets. Dirty bedding. Entered the bathroom to find a sink with no drains hooked up and a dirty full trashcan inter the sink. Asked for a new room and got one with no lampshades and missing half the amenities. The second room was no better than the first. Truly the worst experience of my life. I will NEVER book another hotel without having ptsd flashbacks of this experience.

Dog poop everywhere outside, rooms were dirty, other guests yelling and fighting often, pool was green, hallways were disgusting and smelled like dog pee. People smoking everywhere even inside. Overall a terrible stay, I would never go back or recommend this hotel.

This hotel needs updating and major restoration. The elevators were missing buttons, ceiling tiles, etc. The room smelled like smoke. The front desk attendant didn’t even realize there was a highway behind the property when I asked if we had a room not facing the highway.

Dirty. Dirty. Dirty.

Stay was decent

My room had roaches, elevator was broken, smell dirty and dusty. Never again! This place was booked due to driving 8 hours. At least I could of gotten a clean room

This hotel is might as well be a motel 6 on side of a truck stop. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone looking for lodging

Had to leave at 2 am the stay was so bad

We never could get an internet connection even though it was easy to connect the the Wi-Fi network. I had to go to the lobby area with my laptop and connect to my cell phone to get an internet connection. Also the physical condition of the hotel wasn't as good as the last time we stayed. Also some of the hall carpets appeared dirty. There were several lights in our room, 130, that did not work. Also, the 2 A/C power outlets on the desk light on the left side did not work.

Roaches and breakfast

Horrible. I think all the positive reviews came from friends of the owner. For one, the window in the room opened and didn’t have a screen. Very dangerous. Two, the AC/Heat didn’t work. It was 40 degrees when we stayed and we didn’t have any heat. The unit was barely even attached to the wall. The floors were nasty, stains everywhere. The internet was horrible. The beds are uncomfortable. The elevator didn’t have an inspection certificate like it’s legally supposed to. But wait it gets worse… baby roaches in the bathroom sink. We cancelled the second night as soon as we got to the room. Only reason we stayed one night is because we were exhausted from traveling. It was just terrible. Not to mention it’s not in a very safe location… and just for the record I rarely ever leave reviews but I was fooled by the positive reviews here so I’d like to leave an honest one and warn others to stay away. No way this place would stay open if they were inspected.

No happy with location

Awful

Never ever waste money and time on this dilapidated ‘hotel’. The place is filthy dirty from the lobby through the elevator which has sharp edges, very slow and dirty walls stained floor carpets on the hallway. As this was not enough, the beds have bugs, I woke up to see a bug crawling inside the sheets underneath where I slept.The room had cockroaches crawling around the tables. I complained to the receptionist and she just coldly said we will clean the room that was at 1230 noon but surprisingly when I came back to the room at 1800 the room was turned upside down with all the linen on the floor room not cleaned trash still not emptied and beds not made towels not changed , literally nothing was cleaned but just messy. This was after I tried to enter the room but access was cards were not working. The receptionist explained that they had a system error that’s why and had given me a new set today cards. She then moved us to another room on the second floor due to the messy in the room. The move was not a good idea at all because the new room was right in front of the lift and has an open area outside which turned out to be a meeting place for a group of teenage girls who were playing, running around and giggling very loud besides the traffic of people passing by all night that I could not even wink. I have never been this disappointed. I am writing this review at 00:06 am because I of how the place is so noisy. I wanted to insert pictures of the bugs and the messy room.

Llegue ayer 14 de noviembre al hotel me dieron la habitación #530 , cuando entre estaba sucia apestaba todos los pasillos y la habitación a Marihuana , estaba todos los muebles sucios fue muy desagradable mi experiencia , baje al front desk porque no podia alojar a mi esposa en un hotel así y me dijeron que me iban a reenvolsar el dinero de la renta de la habitación y hoy que revise el estado de cuenta de mi tarjeta y me estan cobrando 2 veces la renta pido a Hoteles.com que me ayuden a recuperar mi dinero porque es un robo lo que me estan haciendo me tuve que alojar en otro hotel , necesito el apoyo de hoteles.com por favor es un abuso lo que están haciendo conmigo .

Blood stains on shower curtains, cockroaches in the room, foyer lights could not be turned off making sleeping difficult, no smoking policy not followed at all- hotel reeked of pot smoke, garbage in the parking lot and stairs leading up to the side entry
