Nice free breakfast

Our stay was good and we used Lyft to go in to the city and it was $15 on an average.

I liked staying at this location, staff was friendly and helpful.

Parking was chargeable, but staff and rooms were good.

Extremely clean. Stuff were amazing, they provided the best of quality service. The location is close to all interesting points in Washington, DC - Near downtown, White House and monuments, etc. Very quiet place!!

There are younger adults hanging out at the liquor store located right across the hotel. Also, the road right in front of the hotel is dangerous as the oncoming traffic comes from a curved road and vehicles come at high speeds

Overall the stay was okay, the room & bathroom was clean, although we encountered a few minor problems with the bathroom, 1. the hot water took about 8-9mins go on, and the shower door did not close which caused the floor to get wet. i called front desk, they offered to send someone to fix it, but never did. The front desk guy (Donald)was very friendly, helpful and very courteous. My family and i were pleased with the continental breakfast and its cleanliness. Not too far from Downtown DC. Parking onsite , but there's a daily charge.

Pluses - It's a good value for your money if the main thing you need from the hotel is a place to stay. The rooms seemed really clean and are decorated in very good taste. The staff was super nice at all times, which has a lot of weight of course. Minuses - if view is important for your experience this probably isn't the place for you. All we saw from the window is a train rail that was like 20 feet from the hotel, which brought another problem of train passing by loudly every hour or so during some of the night. Also the water in the shower are pretty noisi going down the drain. The breakfast was OK with self made waffles and syrops, but not 1 vegetable or fruit was offered aside a plate with some apples.

1.The hotel staff was very unfriendly. In a taxi, we went there at 12:15PM to check-in and drop our luggage. The hotel had rooms available but would not check us in before 3PM. They demanded additional $55 for early check-in, something I never experienced before. We talked to the manager, Manoj Pandya also but no help. 2. They took $100 security deposit besides the room rent when there was nothing in the room (drinks or snacks) that we could consume. 3. The hotel is on a Railway track. At night quite a few long distance trains ran very frequently making a lot of noise. Our room on 6th floor was facing the track. The window was not sound proof and so our room was very noisy and we could not sleep properly. 4. The shower door was defective. It was not installed properly. One part of the door would slide back and so we were not able to close the door while taking shower. I pointed this to the reception but they totally ignored and did nothing. 5. The room was very spacious and beds were comfortable. But there was no floor mat anywhere, The shower was very small. 6. On one night we could hear loud conversation from our adjacent room including love making noise.

Stayed here for a football combine. The event was located only 3 miles from the Stadium. The free was good. Would definitely stay again.

Although the hotel was in a sketchy area, it was well-maintained, clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast offered a good amount of variety and the food was good. It is also near public transportation (train station & city bus depot/ bus stop), making it convenient to get into the city or surrounding attractions.

There were dead bugs in my sister rooms and she had to be moved due to a big one running when she moved the night stand. In my shower there was a smashed bug not cleaned off and it had been there for a few days. There were guest smoking weed outside the door. Parking was iffy because it was a small side street you had to back up to get to the parking with packed cars on both sides. This hotel was likely nice even built its new but due to people destroying it and hotel upkeep it looks old and run down. Only ice machine was on the 5th floor. Won’t be staying here again.

The bathroom door was not aligned to close, there was no rack or closet for the hangers that were left in the room to use, and there was no TV remote upon entrance.

The service was good in general, the only thing was that we had to wait at least 30 more min after the check in time because our room wasn’t still ready. But the services was good and the staff was very nice

Quick and easy check in and check out

We arrived without a car & walked from union station. At dusk we attempted to walk to a bus station which we heard was behind Target. We never found it in the dark. We tried to stay away from the traffic & walked thru the parking lot but there was no access out!! Not good. Otherwise the stay was good

Check in was fine. Our room was on the back side of the hotel which I do not recommend your right up against the train tracks and every time the train goes by not only do you hear it but the bed shakes. The parking garage is small and if a suv parks in the spot behind your suv it’s not easy to back out without having to pull forward and back out several times due to the structure braces. The breakfast was ok the elevator could use some work the hotel overall is nice looking inside you can tell they remodeled. Would I stay again probably not simply bc of the train and being woken up all night.
