It’s under construction, didn’t say that on Expedia website. Hotel would not refund.

The bathroom was disgusting, there was mold all in the tub under the mat. We were only there for one night and a very short time spent in the hotel otherwise I would have went to a different hotel. It was disgusting!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and very helpful. This was the only nice thing about this hotel. My room was incredibly filthy. Had I not been dead tired upon arrival, I would have left. Luckily it was only one night and I left as early as I could. There were dead bugs on the floor, hair on the bed, hair and dirt on the matress, stains on the pillow cases. Something red was splattered on the wall near the bed. The refrigerator was hidden inside a cabinet and apparently the refrigerator had leaked into the cabinet and the cabinet was rotting. The floor was very dirty and there was hair and dirt on the floor. There were stains in the tub/shower. I took the rubber mats out of my car and placed in the tub but never could bring myself to use the tub/shower I laid towels down from the bath to the bed since the floor was so dirty. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which is desperately needed. The building in general appears to be old and the interior and exterior require a great bit repair. The lobby has already been remodeled and looks fantastic. I was also not fond of the area. The hotel is identified as being Airport South. Avoid.

The trains are loud so you need some white noise going all night..also they are remodeling

The room smelled like actual feces and there was blood in the bathroom. We left and contacted Wyndham for a refund.

The pool was covered and had green stuff all over it. They were working on the property and the check in lady would not even make eye contact. The carpet was fillthy and had holes cut out like it was a previous crime scene.

Chose this motel for the price. unfortunately it is right by the railroad and there was screeching all night long. also the motel is under renovation with limited parking. The room was just adequate for a quick night's stay and that's about it.

This has been the worst hotel experience. My room was filthy, my friend’s room had roaches, and the front desk would not give us a refund. They said that we had to wait until the manager was back in the office on Monday (our reservation was from Friday afternoon to Sunday). And Expedia refused to speak with us about it. It was horrid.

Although there's a lot of construction occuring there, it was relatively quiet

We checked in at 3pm left at 630 pm. Called corporate and hotels.com. Both were useless. So I use Expedia till book another room that night. Never stay at this hotel. It was disgusting and dirty. I will be disputing the charges on my card. Hotels.com was equal to blame for the poor customer service.

Dirty very very dirty, train noise all night, homeless running around in the middle of the night. This hotel should be named bates hotel.. Do not spend your money here.. Pay the extra for a nicer hotel 🏨

Expedia did not notify us that this hotel is under renovation. The room the originally assigned me had an odor, sticky floors and a couple bugs found. The second room was better but still not very clean and the sink drained very slow.. it faced all the construction and workers were close to the room.

Construction going on. Breakfast on Saturday morning didn’t have ANY eggs nor ANY fruit left at 7:50am. Staff didn’t provide more just mentioned that they are out of everything- very disappointing!!!

Reconstruction. Friendly staff though, very helpful. Breakfast was good.

The bed was curvy and wasn't good.

Construction is very messy. The beds felt amazing but only full size is available. Didn't eat the free breakfast because we didn't have time so I can't rate that. The price was good. Hopefully once the construction is done it will be nice. Looks like the construction guys are very messy and leave trash.

For $80 I’d rather sleep in the car this location is just a pure dump

This place is horrible. It’s a construction site and a disaster. I wish I had read the reviews. I usually don’t because they are often written by Karens but I will from now on. They should shut this place down until the remodel is completed

Room was disgusting, bottom of feet were black from dirty floor. Hair all over the shower. Towels and sheets were all stained and gross. Dead bugs and dust/dirt everywhere. Train next to property was sooo loud. Same with the highway noises. Walls were paper thin. Front desk staff were very unprofessional. EXTREMELY overpriced. Avoid this place.
