The staff here is so far the best!! They make it feel real homey

Dogshit everywhere outside the doors, was tracked inside and down the hallways. You could smell it. It was also in the open area on the way to the pool. Lady at front desk was helpful and polite.

Unfortunately, I encountered several issues during my stay. The hallways had a very very very unpleasant odor smell like pee, and there were disturbances from barking dogs constantly in the adjacent room, as well as constant slamming of the exit doors. Despite multiple requests for towels and toilet paper, I did not receive these items and had to go to the front desk to obtain them myself. I asked for my room to be cleaned and for 2 days it was not on the 3rd day after multiple calls they finally sent someone in the late afternoon. Additionally, the mini fridge in my room was excessively cold, causing my water bottles and food to freeze. The bathtub appeared stained and unclean, suggesting it may benefit from a reglazing so it’s don’t look so old and disgusting. Even the water was backing up in the tub draining very slow. It would be in the Hotel’s best interest also to not have people doing drugs outside in the parking lot. It makes people that are unfamiliar with the area feel very unsafe. Even during breakfast, yeah it was clearly some people that were staying at the hotel that were high on some sort of narcotics as they were sitting eating slumping over the Overall, this was one of my most disappointing hotel experiences, and I regret to say that I will not be returning. In contrast, my stay at another La Quinta in Dallas was significantly more satisfactory. I appreciate your attention to these matters, as I believe improvements could enhance the guest experience.

This hotel is in need of some serious cleaning and updates. The whole hotel smells of gross carpet, there’s duct tape on walls, food in the hallways, trim missing inside, the indoor pool has no ventilation, you can’t even see who is in the pool, our room stunk so bad. We tried to open the window for fresh air and the whole thing came off. The two beds weren’t even queen size. I wouldn’t recommend staying here and will never be back.

Smells strongly of dog urine in lobby and hallway. Doors do not bolt closed. Machines in the fitness center have cords cut off, so there not operable. Kids running down the hallway until midnight. Lady at the front desk was kind and fast

This is one of the worst properties I have stayed in a long time the hallway smells so bad, the room had roaches, it’s very unsafe I seen people doing drugs in the parking lot, very noisy you can hear everything inside your room, I moved my bed and it was so dirty under it please don’t stay here do yourself a favor

Hotel is convenient for going skiing does need some updating and repairs and a little bit better cleaning

How cold the hallways were and no towels for the pool

I was unable to use the bathtub because of massive mold growth, I travel a lot and this was one of the few unsafe conditions I have ever seen... I have some pics that are hard to believe...

A bag was stolen from our room - unacceptable

Staff was friendly. The breakfast was delicious and location was perfect. Highly recommend staying here.

The stay was terrible the room smelt like an ashtray there were cigarette burn marks on the bathtub and no comforter in the room. Upon checkout the hotel said there was blood on the sheets which I dripped a little bar b que sauce on the sheet and kept my deposit to pay for that and the comforter that was never there

Very noisy but nice room. Slept good.

Only complaint was the wifi going out and being down a few times. Everything else was fantastic, pool and hottub were great, and whoever is making the breakfast muffins is doing a great job.

The hotel itself was a good stay. My biggest issue is because of the hot tub! I went to this hotel for a personal self-care retreat. The hot tub was a MAJOR part of my self-care time. The first night i was there was delightful, the hot tub temp was perfect, the quiet isolation to relax and get lost in my audio book. I woke up the next day, looking forward to a repeat of the night before. I again enjoyed some time with my book and my solace. After about 30 min soaking i could feel my body itching from what i assume is the fresh chemical treatment they did. I got out, went to my room and found my favorite bathing suit is completely ruined. And even after a shower to stop the itching, and burning to the lower half od my body, it hardly made a difference. This single event destroyed the rest of my stay. I came home and found i have a minor chemical burn on my lower half and now have to purchase a new swimming suit. It started out so good and with so much promise, and ended with so much disappointment and frustration.

Staff was nice

Pool and hot tub are closed. Super loud and fairly dirty hotel. Breakfast was standard for this priced hotel.
