Great time listening to tooners doing piorettes next door

Didn't even stay they put us in another hotel just for us to pay for 2 different hotels.

Very nice and very cool hotel.

I did not actually get to stay at this hotel. I went there and they did not have air condition so they sent me to their sister Hotel, which was called America’s best on the outside of this hotel behind it. They were crackheads and homeless people they gave me a room on the first floor I go inside in the room was dirty. I’ll bring my own clean supplies anyway so I clean the room spray the room because it smelled I want to put on my sheets and the sheets look like they had never been changed. I went to the second bed praying that the sheets were clean so that I could put my sheets on and they were. I put my sheets on the bed and no sooner than I went to go, lay down, roaches start crawling up on the walls a call back to the other Hotel and ask him was that Hotel just as nasty because I’d rather have no air conditioned than to be fighting roaches all night he told me to switch my room if you have roaches in one room in a hotel, there are roaches all over the hotel I could not get a refund. They told me that I stayed at the hotel which I didn’t. I left after I hung the phone up and I could not get a refund.

The motel is more like a transient motel. Its run down and have sketchy people staying there.

Can’t really give it a score. There was no AC working so they sent us to a different hotel.

Went to stay at Lakeland, their Air conditioning was not working in any of the rooms, so they referred me to a different hotel, that they also own, BOY! What a mistake that was! They sent me to a run down disgusting motel in the hood! Called “Americas Best Motel”Sheets were dirty full of c*m stains, blood stains; shower was disgusting and full of mold. Noise at all hours of the night! What do you expect from the hood? It’s lower quality of people, with no notion or pity for the people trying to sleep! STAY FAR FAR AWAY

There was no AC on the room. Water in the shower was brown. Cockroaches on the floor in the room. Was told breakfast was included... there was no breakfast.

Bad bugs in every room, waiting on the owner to refund. He still hasn’t called. I’ll be up there soon to get my money back.

Purchased accessible king room, arrived at hotel, was sent to a different hotel, be a la quinta. This la quinta was the most disgustingly dirty ive stayed in inside or outside the u.s. and i was provided a room with a childs single bed, broken fixtures in bathroom and told take it or leave it after 3 hours on hotels.com customer service. Completely unacceptable.

The air was broken for 2 days i was promised a free night but when i called a mgr to get a room he said air is still broken to call back in 2 weeks what hotel continues to rent rooms with no ac? So i couldn't get the room promised but i bet if i paid for a room i could get one tonight. Thars crazy

Great service and Good Vibes

It was absolutely horrible! I collapsed several times because I have a medical condition and cannot handle the heat and because they had no AC working ?, the two days I was there I was in pure hell

I am extremely extremely upset and disappointed and I want my money back on my stay I stayed here two nights and AC did not work it is 85° in this room we have been dying of heat all night long I have a medical condition I cannot handle the heat and this is ridiculous I want a full refund on both nights cuz this is this is no way to freaking make your customers stay it is so hot in here

It was nice for anyone who needs somewhere cheap to stay.
