롯데호텔 시애틀

우리는 한국에서 시애틀을 가는 여행이었고, 시차적응 때문에 너무 힘들었습니다. 프론트 데스크 게리는 이를 고려하여 편히 쉴 수 있도록 방을 마련해주었습니다. 한국어도 잘하시고 너무 반가웠어요! 게리 덕분에 푹 쉬었고 우리는 좋은 상태로 여행을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 숙소에서 푹쉬고 저녁을 먹으러 라운지로 갔어요. 뭔가 레스토랑 / 라운지로 공간이 나뉘어 헷갈렸는데 모두 친절하게 잘 안내해주셨어요. 라운지에서 와규 햄버거를 먹었는데 정말 맛있었어요. 시간이 된다면 식사도 했으면 좋았을텐데! 친절히 안내해주신 벨데스크, 방을 깨끗하게 정리해주신 하우스키핑 부서에도 감사를 전달해주세요! 짧은 투숙기간이었지만 최고였어요!

호텔 정말 좋았습니다. 뷰도 환상적이었고 호텔내부도 너무 청결하고 고급스러웠습니다. 시애틀에 올 때는 항상 여기에 머물러야겠습니다. 5성이라고는 하지만 오래되고 불편한 미국호텔 스타일이 아니고, 매우 현대적이면서 트렌디하고 고급스런 호텔입니다.

레스토랑의 음식은 훌륭했습니다 그러나 첫날 아침 서빙은 최악 이었습니다 80넘으신 어머니가 커피잔을 실수로 넘어뜨렸는데 담당 서버는 우리가 부를때까지 빨리 오지도 않았을뿐더러 바닥에 흐른 커피는 우리가 떠날때까지 닦지도 않았읍니다 또한 아메리카노를 시켰는데 그냥 커피를 가져왔습니다 다음날 아침 다른 서버에게 주문한 아메리카노는 확실히 달랐고 맛있었습니다. 프론트 직원들도 삼삼오오 모여서 떠드느라 엘리베이터에서 내린 우리가 먼저 아침 인사를 하니 그제서야 인사했습니다

아직 많이 알려지진 않았지만 지리적으로도 시설면에서도 아주 훌륭합니다. 특히 얼리 체크인을 가능하게 도움주셔서 여행의 시작에 피로함이 덜했습니다. 시설도 깨끗하고 침구도 매우 편안하여 머무는 동안 충분한 휴식을 취했습니다.

Bathroom is amazing with rain shower

This was our first stay at the Lotte but because we have family on Bainbridge, we visit Seattle often. We’ve stayed at the Four Seasons and The Sorrento, among others. Our criteria are usually comfort of beds, quality of linens and an excellent shower and Lotte met these. The rooms are large and comfortable although the furniture is not conducive to sitting. The only challenge is the lighting in the bathroom. Because there is a window facing the bedroom, there are no mirrors over the sinks and this design is not good for womens’ needs for putting on makeup, doing hair, etc. It leaves a lot to be desired in bathroom lighting. We loved the restaurant and the decor is totally our taste. The best part of the stay was having the transportation available! The most we waited was 5 mins and were able to access just about anywhere within the 2 mile radius. Staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. The only issue was the spa. While the spa is beautifully appointed, the 50 minute full body massage I booked was limited and was not a full body. I have had massages in many parts of the world and this was a first and was very disappointing. I would not return to the spa.

Amazing hotel highly recommended staff is very welcoming rooms have an amazing view of the city and theres a-lot within walking distance.

From check-in to check-out, our stay was nothing short of exceptional! Gary at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of, he truly elevated our experience and deserves recognition. The hotel itself is fantastic: spotless, comfortable rooms with breathtaking views of the city and Elliott Bay, plus a restaurant with equally stunning scenery. The amenities are top-notch too, including a well-equipped gym and relaxing dry and steam saunas. They don’t have any pool but with so many other things I rarely felt I was missing out on that. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly. Thank you, Gary, for making our stay unforgettable!

This was our second stay at this property. The hotel staff are exceptionally friendly, accommodating and professional. The property is exceptionally well maintained and perfectly located within walking distance of everything!

Beautiful restaurant

Fantastisches Hotel, sehr zentral gelegen. Unser Zimmer war ein wunderschönes Eckzimmer zur 5th Avenue. Das Restaurant Charlotte ist ebenfalls empfehlenswert. Für den Sonnenuntergang unbedingt einen Tisch am Fenster reservieren lassen.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lotte Hotel Seattle is truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the mix of elegance and warmth. The lobby feels modern yet welcoming, and the staff set the tone immediately with their professionalism and genuine hospitality. My room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering incredible views of the city and the water. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and every detail from the lighting to the bathroom amenities was carefully thought out. The restaurant and bar exceeded expectations, serving excellent food and cocktails in a setting that feels both refined and relaxed. I also loved the spa and wellness facilitiesluxurious, peaceful, and a perfect way to unwind. What stood out most was the service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to make my stay feel personal and memorable. If you’re visiting Seattle and want a hotel that combines luxury, comfort, and top-tier service, Lotte Hotel is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to come back. James M.

We didn’t eat any meals at the hotel. The hotel is only five years old so very modern furnishing. I was a bit shocked at $75/night valet parking. The cost for the room was good considering a downtown hotel during summer. Make sure you visit the sanctuary connected to the hotel it was the beautiful First United Methodist Church for many years. Still beautiful with the large pipe organ and domed ceiling. Special to me because our family sometimes attended church there when I was a child.

Gorgeous luxurious hotel in a convenient location. Excellent food, hospitality and incredibly comfortable bed.

2nd time staying here and always loved our experience. Great value for the money and they offered a discounted room upgrade for a family of four. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was outstanding. It is an Asian brand hotel so you have to push the button for HOT WATER. This is a child safety measure and also designed to confuse people from the West. Lol.
