아침식사는 좋았음. 청소는 잘 안됨. 요창했는데 안이루어짐. 위치는 조용한데..대중교통이나 주변시설이용으누안좋음.

Horrible smell , noisy with people and animals at all times if the night . Staff denied canceling reservation

We ended up booking another property after seeing the condition, and talking to the rude front desk operator. We didn’t have the option for a refund, but decided we would rather stay at a clean decent place.

I understand it’s a budget hotel. However, the photos are outdated. The gym has 3 rickety old machines and there is no breakfast offered as advertised in the photos. Not a dealbreaker, but the facility should update the descriptions and photos so customers can have an adequate expectation.

This property looks nothing like the pictures. I did not feel safe so I had to book another reservation. The front desk clerk was nice though. The spaces are outdated and gives “dirty”. The bottom of the doors are dirty and everyone is loud. The furniture in the room are not the best. This property is the definition of “you get what you pay for”.

Room we booked was not available. Put us in a room with a pull out, no sheets provided. Was near loud dogs barking in other rooms. Just not was expected nor what we paid for.

We stayed for 4 night. Our room was clean and quiet. Great value for the money.

I never checked in. The front desk clerk was extremely rude and gave awful customer service. The hotel was super nasty and homeless people were everywhere. Did not feel safe staying there so I never checked in. Choose to stay at La Quinta Inn much nicer and cleaner.

Needed something just for a few days and based on the price, I think I was still expecting a little bit better. Checked in had to move rooms three times due to the rooms being dirty. Finally, I stuck with the third room however, there was hair on top of the bed in the sheets stains on the curtains kitchen was dirty, but I did not have any other options so had to stick it out. If you don’t mind cleaning everything yourself and need something with the kitchen then this could work for you. But if you want something, three stars are better. This is not the place.

The room was comfortable and clean, the fridge and air conditioner were very noisy but tolerable. Front desk staff very friendly and attentive.

I had booked a queen room and was given a double room. Not a huge deal as I was alone for the trip but would like to say this isn’t the first time this has happened.

Staff is friendly, rooms are clean. The bed was not comfortable, the pillows lacked any type of support. The toilet ran constantly.

They gave me a ghost charge of 96.02 the room was prepaid everybody acting clueless as to what the charge was
