The staff was super friendly, hotel was very convenient to everywhere we wanted to be while far enough away to be quieter. Accommodations were comfortable and we would stay again! The only not negative is it could use some updating.

Check in was quick and easy. Sharise was courteous friendly and helpful - she provided the information I requested. Location was very convenient to the heart of the French Quarter. Price was appropriate for the location. The room was large, comfortable and clean.

The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was also very friendly and very attentive. The hotel is in a great location and also not too close to all the noise from Bourbon street. Everything was walking distance. Used the streetcar to get to cemeteries. The only con was that there was a wedding the days we stayed there so they gave us a room that was pretty nestled in the back. The room is a bit old but very clean. Unfortunately the last day we were there the AC went out so the room got a bit warm. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Arrived and rooms way too hot air didn’t work. Phone to desk Doesn’t work so had to go downstairs. Put us in new room, tv won’t work , phone didn’t work so back downstairs . Guy came hour half later fixed it. Went to have bath plug for tub didn’t work so no bath! First morning has breakfast (good) went next morning it’s closed and was for next three mornings…

Staff was friendly and the location is great for French Quarter traveling. The actual hotel is old and almost on the verge of rundown but it wears pretty lipstick so it works

The problem is that SPIRIT canceled my flight making it impossible to travel into New Orleans. The hotel kept my money, despite the fact I couldn't travel into town. Complete ripoff of $400, for no lodging or services rendered.

Like most properties in the New Orleans French Quarter, noise is a constant issue. None of these hotels have decent walls between rooms, so you end up hearing loud party noise, particularly on weekends when people show up to have a party in their rooms. Had to move to a lower floor to get away from one such case. In addition the courtyard rooms face the courtyard used for wedding events... really loud noise comes through the rooms from that. Unless you want to stay up all night, would suggest not staying in this hotel, or even in the French Quarter,

We had a very wonderful stay here. Our room had a lovely balcony that looked out onto the French Quarter. Staff was excellent. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. All the sights to see are walkable from the hotel. We plan on staying with Maison Dupuy again on our next visit with one and only one request. Please so kindly invest in new pillows - that is our only constructive criticism. The pillows could definitely be better and more comfortable.

This hotel was very tired’ it smelt musty, lamps were broken, the thermostat didn’t work and the room was extremely hot. The window didn’t open. The pictures and description in the advert was not realistic. The staff were nice and the room appeared clean.

The place is definitely dated. There was an worn, old love seat in the room. damaged base boards, etc. But staff were nice, valet parking was a plus, and walking distance to Bourbon St.

Maison Dupuy Hotel has been amazing, we had a week’s holiday booked and this was perfect for our stay. Due to storm we had to extend our stay and the staff was amazing doing their best to accommodate and navigate through all the chaos storm caused. Thank you for your hospitality.

The room was pretty gross to be honest. I don’t mind an old hotel, but the bathroom was disgusting, the towels were stained, and it just felt overall dirty in the room. The staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful. There was one day where they didn’t come and clean our room so we had to go searching for towels late at night. I would not stay here again.
