It was great

Spacious, but very thin walls and the heater unit was extremely loud, didn’t sleep all night unfortunately.

Comfortable and spacious apartments very suited to extended stays.

It was a beautiful property with a very convenient location! I would totally recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice our stay was. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was huge and really clean! It was easy to get to and parking was convenient. We had a problem opening the safe in the room at 10 pm, and within 5 minutes someone came up and opened it for us. What service! I will stay there for all of my Bay Area trips in the future.

When prompted to upgrade for a Mountain View I paid extra for a bottom floor view of the street and she was unable to improve the accommodation without more money even though they were very limited with guests.

Excellent value. Very large, clean rooms with kitchen amenities, free parking, conveniently located to shopping, dining, and Highway 101 on-ramps both directions. Will stay here again.

We enjoyed having the kitchen and living room separate from the bedroom.

Spotless pool and spa area. Excellent location for access. Extra large rooms with kitchen, bedroom and eating living area. Nice and polite staff. Only drawback: hot water was very slow getting to the room and then only tepid/warm.

So we check into our room and the air conditioning is on, its cold outside, and just outside the room it smelled like someone was making tortilla chips in the next room. On the way into the shower I cut the bottom of my foot on the carpet strip because they used oversized screws to hold it down. While in the shower, the three bottles of shower products would not pump at all and it was difficult to get the temperature of the water to be comfortable. The bed was soft and decent though but the room layout was undesirable. There were many restaurants close by which was z plus.

Love the suite. I got the largest model with separate bedroom with 2 queen beds. So roomy was my initial reaction upon entering.

It was my first time staying at Marin suites, and I overall enjoyed my stay for the price. The young man at the Front Desk was very helpful and fulfilled my request for a top corner room. Unfortunately, my room was not that clean, the sheets were stained, and the bathroom curtain was yellowish in color when it’s supposed to be white. The bathtub was also stained and there were a few long, dark brown hairs stuck to the tub and curtain (my hair is blonde). I got kind of grossed out by all that. Room is outdated, bed and pillows were very comfortable. I loved the plastic free water bottles. Cheap coffee & powder creamer in room. Bathroom amenities were decent. Loud motor when turning bathroom light on (room 535) and one window didn’t close properly so lots of street noise from cars although hotel seems quiet. Thank you

This is a nice quiet area of San Francisco that is close to the Muir Woods National Monument, where we wanted to go. The hotel pre-warned us that their hot water was unavailable (taking a week to fix) and offered us free cancelation or $50 off per night. We took the cash. It was super quiet at the hotel, and the fact that it was mostly empty likely helped!! Our room had louvers instead of blinds or curtains. The louvers did not keep as much light out as we would have liked. The small kitchen in the suite was adequate. I do not recall if breakfast was included here, but we made ours in the suite. There were lots of restaurants and shops in the area. We would stay here again.
