The staff was absolutely amazing, every staff member from check in to check out. Deangelo did not hesitate to resolve our room issue and he was very professional and kind. Our stay was amazing.

Not clean enough. Floors dirty, all areas had dirt and gunk in corners, shower floor stained, just yucky. Bed not comfortable and noise from sewage pipe in wall kept me awake all night.

We reserved a King Suite with fold out couch and were given a room with two double beds because "they probably oversold the rooms which happens all the time." I had requested the king suite because I was traveling with my husband and our infants and needed the space. We had an okay stay, I just wish I was given the room I reserved.

Very disappointing. The carpet had red stains. The wall corners were missing corner protection-- looks like it was ripped off the wall with obvious damage. The AC vent had visible black mold or mildew. Our clothes and suitcases smelled of this awful mold even after we traveled back home. The shower did not drain and we stood in 3 inches of standing water while showering. The beds were not comfortable. I immediately told front desk of the damaged room, they said they would make a note of it. They were booked, couldn't move us or didn't move us to another room. As we checked out, I showed pictures to the front desk and explained everything again. She said she would see what she could do to give us a rebate if she could. She would talk to management and we never heard anything. I definitely will not be back. The breakfast buffet was overly priced and should have been free for the $240 per night rate.

The medical procedure i had didnt take as long as expected so we didnt need the second night stay. The hotel staff said they couldnt refund our money for the second night since we booked with Expedia. That sucked.

The property itself was great but they charge for everything including wifi and $24.00 each to eat breakfast. Unless you are a member you pay for all of it. After paying over $200.00 a night you should receive at least wifi.

Bathtub was dirty, phone didn’t work, elevators look like they are about to fall apart. Pool was nice and warm but too much chlorine. Food at the restaurant was not that good.

Breakfast was too expensive and I watched 6 different families walk up and walk away. I agree with them, $23 for breakfast after $202 for a room with no microwave.
