nice great customer service

When we got there, the bathroom door was damaged, so we switched rooms, but in that room the TV was totally unplugged. So we had to switch rooms again. That room was finally fine.

Staff were very sweet and welcoming both during check in & check out. The process was very quick and easy. The room was very cozy and clean. Pictures do no justice was very comfortable and definitely met expectations. Thank you!

They overbooked the hotel. I was given a different room than I paid for. The room was dirty and had trash under the bed and sofa sleeper. When I questioned it, the gentleman at the front desk lied about my reservation until I showed my confirmation. They sent housekeeping up because there were no linens for the sofa sleeper we were forced to sleep on. The mattress has what looked like blood stains. The linens were gross and has someone else’s hair on them. It was gross and I debated about driving home in the middle of the night. I would never stay here again. Do not recommend.

It was very close to my work. However, there was no microwave in the room, and the pool and gym were closed.

Don't bother trying to call the front desk staff, no matter day or time, you will get a vm that is always full. Before coming I tried for the days, at all different times of the day to call to talk to the staff regarding my stay, no one ever answered always got sent to a full vm. While I was there in the middle of getting ready, on a timeline, the power shorted out on one side of the room and I wasted 25 mins trying to get someone just to answer a call to send someone to fix it. Once the engineer arrived, he tried to move the TV for the wall to access the reset button and he dropped the whole TV off the wall onto all my belongings on the counter below, breaking some along with the tv. I had to help him pick the heavy thing up breaking 2 of my nails. I was moved to a room across the hall and in the morning found that the bathtub faucet was pulled away from the wall and the drain wouldn't close or open. The pool was closed and they give no warning of this when booking. The hotel was dinghy/musty and definitely needs the updates. When we are in the restaurant the "steak bites" were tiny chopped up bits like you would find in a burrito served in a small bowl, for $18. We were the only customers and the 2 servers were constantly coming back to the table. There is a difference with being attentive/ coming off pushy or rushing customers. After having that appetizer at that price we decided to leave and eat elsewhere. I requested someone to call me to discuss problems doubt they do.

I nly stayed one night on business. Felt the breakfast weas way over priced for what was offered...restaruant was fine as was the bar area.

Newly renovated. Friendly staff- Jeff at check in was awesome and Christina at the bar was too notch!

I honestly have no idea what this hotel is like. Because even though this is the one I booked and paid for at the time of booking, upon check-in I was informed that they moved my reservation to the Delta hotel next door. I scoured my emails to see if I maybe missed some sort of communication, and I didn't. They moved me to a completely different hotel without my knowledge or consent and no explanation whatsoever. The Delta hotel, which I did find to be nice, is exponentially cheaper than this one, and I received no sort of reimbursement. So 0/10.

The room itself was good. Realitivly clean and recently updated. The rest of it was not great. Check in was not the most friendly. The directions to my room unclear to where we were lost in this massive hotel. Guest literally had to lead us and complained about the same issues. There are 2 towers, no one stated that and they actually directed us wrong so everyone is confused.If you have patience, youll probably enjoy the stay. After 11 hours on the road, i was more than frustrated

Under remodel, only one ice machine working. Rooms were fine though.

Very nice hotel. I will be back next year to see the renovation.

Under reconstruction and lobby totally not convenient to carry in luggage. Steps were required. Air conditioner was so loud it sounded like an engine starting. The toilet did not flush. Had to get that fixed. Not a Marriott experience for sure.

Hotel is going under major construction.

The room was clean and comfortable. Security was in the parking lot and I felt safe. Adequate amount of privacy. Staff was friendly.

Undergoing renovation. Very old property in a very old and run down area. Difficult to get around on property. Much like an old hospital that has had many additions. Was probably once an excellent Business Conference Center but all of that has obviously shifted to another area of Indianapolis. Desk staff was not professional. Very casual conversations with each other going on while conducting your transaction. As a guest, you felt like a distraction. Not up to Marriott standards. Unless area improved this may be a difficult property for Marriott to recover even with renovations.

Prop was under construction. Didn’t remember Hotels alerted me. The room was comfortable enough, but the door was hard to open. The elevator call buttons on the 4th floor of the Tower didn’t work. Christina in the bar was fantastic! Jen was great too. Brooke was more interested in belittling her coworkers and flirting with men traveling alone than she was in serving the rest of us. Jeff at the front desk was very good too. Food was decent
