The property overall is good and very unique. The fact that there are passageways behind the rooms, made the noises more apparent. It was loud with lots of teenagers playing and laughing and chatting till past 10. Not ideal

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We would have liked to have a microwave oven to go with the refrigerator in our room. Also, I don't understand the sliding glass doors that open to a hallway. There is no view for us to look out on, and we sure don't want people in the hallway looking back into our room. Transom windows high up on the wall would have given light into the room and maintained privacy. Otherwise, we were very satisfied.

Hotel and room were nice but TV did not work and after notified front desk, nobody came to fix it. On arriving after dark, found hired security in SUV in parking lot sound asleep. No issues with car parking overnight though.

Delightful experience, upon arrival, check-in process set a positive tone, was greeted by two professional and friendly interns who welcomed me warmly, they were super efficient and attentive to details making the check-in process swift, and exceeding my expectations. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. From the room to the lobby and the hallways, everything was spotlessly maintained, creating a welcoming and hygienic environment that I truly appreciated. I also had the chance to visit the indoor pool, which was beautifully maintained though I noted that the water was quite cold. It seems the heating system was challenged in maintaining a warmer temperature in the lobby area, which may have affected the pool's temperature. It was a super cold weekend with temps in the teens. Despite this, the hotel was great. Overall, my stay was exceptional, and I look forward to returning.
