Convenient location to the airport and I was able to leave my car there. The place is always clean. The staff is eager to help, friendly and professional.

It was fine, but the room wasn’t super clean and it was pretty pricey for how small the room is compared to other hotels. Food was good, but again, for the price I would have thought hand cut fries instead of frozen would be what I got. Safe, friendly staff and super close to the airport. I’d stay again.

First of all the lied about the ev chargers. I had to sled 3 hrs driving back to Charlestown to charge. Had to be towed to charger. … therre was no microwave as sated on phone. Was told room had akeurig. There is no keirig. No blankets. Just wrinkled sheets on bed. Place has a big trailer park vibe. Not the Marriott I am used to in other cities. Front desk staff and manager no help at all. Literally clueless on all topics.

Very convenient to the airport, very clean, safe and transportation to and from the airport is excellent. Very kind and accommodating staff. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable stay. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Minutes from the airport with a reliable shuttle service. Property with many amenities. Nice restaurant, bar, and breakfast.

Blood on the bathroom floor and sticky stuff on the carpet in the bedroom area. Disgusting. Having to pay for parking when you're staying at the hotel is nonsense too. Just another money grab for a room that's already too expensive for one night.

Some key areas were a little dirty, gym was very neglected. The room had some hard to miss stains on mirrors and walls. But i can see rushed cleaning because of a huge event causing some issues.

Things to do where In a 15 min radio.

Though it was winter time during our stay we like to sleep in a cooler room. The ac wasn’t working and we hardly slept a wink we were so hot.

This hotel was very outdated . From the size of the room to the actual amenities in the room itself. The only good thing about this hotel was in fact the 24 hour shuttle service to the airport. Staff was not as helpful as they could have been with explaining parking, check out times and times of the shuttle service. Would not recommend to anyone visiting the St. Louis area .

It looks like they updated the lobby areas and forgot about the rooms. Rooms are outdated & dirty. Bed wasn’t comfortable and my duvet had soooo many stains. Bedding was also very thin. Wish I could be refunded!

The floor had a very pungent smell of marijuana

I slept horribly. Not giving guests a comforter is terrible. Had to wait behind a party of 6 to check-in because the other lady was on her phone. Directions to my room was unclear, so it took a while. Same with the parking situation both arriving and leaving. Had to come back from the lot because the person didn't tell me I needed a pass to leave. Just wasn't a great experience.

I only have one problem with the stay and that is the inconsistency in the parking payment. It was supposed to be $16 a day but I was charged $20 for 2 of the days I was there 🤔

My stay was very relaxing and welcoming the minute you walk in. Very clean and beautiful and someone everywhere of you should need help. The room was very clean as the bathroom and huge window for beautiful views of sun rising

I recently stayed at the St. Louis Marriott Airport Hotel and, unfortunately, it did not meet the standards I have come to expect from Marriott properties. The experience was disappointing from the moment I arrived. The front desk staff were not friendly or welcoming. There was no greeting upon arrival, and they used hand gestures to call guests rather than speak to them. Throughout my stay, the front desk staff consistently displayed a cold demeanor. If they were busy, they didn't even acknowledge the presence of guests, making us feel invisible. Communication with the staff felt more like we were their employees rather than hotel guests, which gave the atmosphere a motel-like feeling rather than a welcoming Marriott experience. The condition of the room was equally concerning. The carpet was gross and seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The bathroom tub was dirty and questionable in terms of hygiene, which was unexpected from a Marriott hotel. Having stayed in numerous Marriott hotels, this was by far the worst experience I've had in terms of front desk service and room cleanliness. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary improvements.
