Memphis Vitality Hotel

Loved it

Felt pool hours were too confusing. Some areas marked 8p others 10p. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were perfect. Food was good, very overpriced tho. However, Ms. Diane at the front made everything wonderful with options of where to eat and things to do. She was absolutely delightful and made use feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Not having an actual desk makes your hotel feel more welcoming and it was noticed.

The breakfast offerings were sparce. Otherwise a Two false fire alarms in 24 hrs. Not convinced there was a security plan in place to empty the building. No local emergency response was observed at either events. Nice amenities.

A very dirty and dusty hotel. The same receptionist checked us in, and out, and was very slow and didn’t seem to know what she was doing. We booked expecting breakfast but was told it wasn’t available. On the plus side, the pool, albeit small, was great for our son, and the hotel was ideally situated for the 15 minute walk to the ballpark

Check in was simple and easy. Lobby smells like mothballs. The room was dirty and not as nice as the photos make them appear. Found roaches in my hotel room. Got evacuated from the hotel in the morning. Didn’t even stay here for a full stay. I asked for a refund and Evan declined. This was the worst hotel I’ve had the displeasure of staying in for the past 15 years I kid you not. I couldn’t wait to leave! I’ll never return lol

There was not a coffee machine in the room, the food in the restaurant was absolutely gross and made me sick all night, a faulty fire alarm went off evacuating everyone from the hotel. An absolute disappointment all the way around

It was a pleasant stay. Enjoyed the breakfast. There was an issue with the room which smelled like smoke, I given another room.

PROPERTY SEEN NICE IN THE LOBBY BUT ELELVATORS WERE BROKE. FIRST ROOM INFESTED WITH OVER 42 FLIES DEAD AND ALIVE. WAS SWITCHED TO ANOTHER ROOM BUT DID NOT SLEEP. OTHER ROOM I HAD BOOKED COULD HEAR WHAT THEY TOLD THE KIDS WAS SOMEONE CLAPPING ALL NIGHT.

This is a quiet area and a nice facility. The room was clean, the breakfast was well prepared and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The drinks at the bar are good and the staff is welcoming

Bed comforts

Rooms and lobby were clean. The area is sketchy. Lot's of trash, loitering. I was happy there was night security and gates. Not sonething I would feel confortable referring. It is a shame because the hotel was great, location was not good

This property is a hidden gym in the middle of a very unkempt Area. The roadways are horrible, there’s very few amenities in the area, there was essentially no staff visible to assist, and the expectation appeared to be to do everything remotely by Internet. The room was comfortable and clean, but had no refrigerator or microwave. The shower was awesome with adequate water pressure, the self dispensers were fine. The CIty Of Memphis would do well to improve the roads around this property and the hotel company should add visible personnel to make the experience more practical. It would also be great if amenities like the pool didn’t close at 8 PM.

I've been to this property on several occasions, and they never cease to amazement.How hospitable they are and how nice the rooms are. Cold rooms and hot water for showers.

Staff was amazing in my time of emergency. This is not my first time staying here and definitely won't be my last.
