Excellent family destination with water park and Action City on the property. We had a larger suite, and without independent heating/air conditioning in each room hard to regulate temperatures in each area (especially with toddlers and infants)...rooms were comfortable size. We expected a larger refrigerator for the size of the suite, and thought there would be an in room coffee maker....but complimentary coffee in the foyer. Overall great 1st time experience for a family get together (grandparents down through infant grandchild)

There were kids above us the whole time we were there running back and forth. My daughter was up until midnight (she’s 4) because they wouldn’t stop running. Called the front desk twice. They did give us free breakfast, but the kids continued to run. It was so freaking loud.

Long, slow line to check-in. I had to wait in line twice because I wasn’t given enough wrist bands for the water park. Action city seemed absurdly expensive for someone staying at the hotel, especially the trampoline area. I had an okay trip with my two kids but not great

Our furnace was one of the loudest I’ve experienced in many years of travel. Lighting in the rooms was strange with 6 separate switches. Water park was average. Staff were pleasant.

We got a night here as a gifted “staycation.” Being from the area, we knew a little of what the property had to offer, but didn’t fully realize what was all there. Our room was spacious and clean. It was very family friendly. They left a coloring book and crayons in the room for our kids. They also left a little Christmas present of a mug, hot cocoa, and candy canes, plus a handwritten note thanking us for staying there. Such nice touches! We went to the waterpark right away and had a blast. It is a smaller park, but perfect for our 3.5 year old. At the end of our time in the waterpark, she slipped and skinned her knee. We asked for a bandaid and were instead given impressive first aid! He cleaned the wound and did so in a way that was so kid friendly! We took advantage of coupons and the Thursday special to order dinner and play at Action City after our water park time. Our daughter had been to this portion before, but it is always a hit! The only “downsides” were that the hallways can be noisy and the AC doesn’t run continuously to drown sound out. Besides that, we loved it! 10/10 will stay here again!

Customer service was excellent. We were really impressed by all the special touches. Absolutely loved the water park! Such a fun place for a family with young kids. Felt so nice to be in the warm water park during winter.

Really enjoyed and definitely worth the money and time! Kids had a blast! Only part that can use improvement is knowing that over 250 kids came on Friday and it was super packed which was to much for my 3 and 5 yr old. The kids were waterpark to the arcade. Also limited water park hours during the week was a huge a downfall.

Our daughter had an ear infection and woke up screaming. I took her to the lobby to calm down and the women who worked the night shift was so beyond kind, helped calm her down and gave her a little animal. I cannot believe the service we received I made sure to tell my whole family and we will be making it a tradition to stay every Thanksgiving as well as whenever we come to visit our family in Eau Claire.

Left to stay in another hotel. The noise was out of control. So loud with kids running up and down the hall absolutely no way we would be able to sleep.

Really nice facility, lots to do. Good water park for young kids. 4 year old loved the lazy river and pool. Wish the water slides were a little more thrilling. I'd say great water park for 10 & under!
