We were told we would receive a text when our room was ready. Never received that, however it was ready when we returned from our evening out. There was a little sign on the bed letting us know they put clean sheets on the bed prior to us arriving. Who does that? The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a month. Stuff kept sticking to the bottom of my feet. I then started a pile. Yuk! One elevator was operating to the parking garage when we arrived. Finally had to take the stairs. None of the elevators were working the next morning. We went to TAPS to get lunch. No one wiped the bar off when we sat down. They slapped a menu in front of us and never came back. After 10 minutes, and the couple next to us who was there way before us not being waited on we left. There were 3 bartenders and they were not busy. We will not go here again.

Went to Detroit for our daughter’s graduation. Casino was disappointing. Food was lack luster but the hotel was nice. Service was great! Good drinks!

There are no dining options or room service after 10:30 pm. No garbage can in our bathroom. Only 2 bottles of water to be shared between 4 people. The room, elevators and hallways are showing signs of wear. Not worth the money and I wouldn’t stay again in the future.

Room was not ready by 4 pm. Daniella the desk manager did nothing to help and was rude. I asked numerous times to check all rooms and she said I’m out of luck. I went to the desk around the corner and the desk man there said so sorry and immediately found us an available upgraded room with apologies Daniella was an outright liar

There is a lot of extra charges the don't tell you when you book so do read everything. Not worth the money they charge that is for sure

I liked the convenience of location to our destination. Elevators in parking garage were broken the stairs all smelled like urine. Our bathroom was dirty room was very dusty and sticky.The webpage said there would be room serice from 6am til midnight it lied. Couldnt get any food after 10pm or before 7am. Desk clerk seem annoyed when we asked for information about the casino and surrounding area for amenities. Will not return or recommend with so many other options locally available.

After experiencing the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, I can honestly say this isn’t a five star hotel. This hotel was decent, but some things could be improved such as the front entrance which needs new spring foliage and a good pressure wash (oil stains). The $400 King suite was also lackluster. I found the carpet to be dirty, a broken toilet tissue holder, and we had no hot water in the faucets. We were offered the opportunity to move to another room: however, we were leaving at 3:00 am the next day so we declined. I will definitely find another casino hotel when I visit again.

We stayed for 4 nights, had a Luxury King bed room and enjoyed the fact that it was easy to book, loved the needing a key card to access the hotel and need the key again to access the rooms. The room itself was nice and clean and the shower was my favorite! I lived how hot the water gotten and the fact the shower was huge enough for 2 separate shower heads. Loved it! The downfall was being charged for the mini bar items we wasn’t aware of! The sign is so little that we didn’t notice that the mini fridge is weighted and if u remove anything even the candy items, it will be charged to your room like you taken it even if u place it back. However the young lady at the front desk was able to revere the charges. Only hicccp but a good stay.

Nice hotel but didn’t like they don’t allow children under the age of 14 in the pool. I would’ve booked somewhere else if I had known of their policy. Room end tables weren’t wiped down and was dirty.

There is no Variety of food for a family. Have to be21 to access the food court. No local shuttle service. Room was dirty. Found fake eyelashes stuck to wall. Blood on the sheets Inconvenient to park Will NEVER be back
