the check in experience is absolutely horrible, I truly believe those behind the kiosk is harvesting credit card data. I will never stay at another facility with such! This hotel also has cockroaches!

The room phones did t work. The door keys didn’t work. Many of the vendi;g machines didn’t work, one of the ice. MAchine didn’t work, the breakfast was terrible and limited , no fruit, orange juice gone

We saw three "bugs" in the room. Not an expert, however they could have been bed bugs. My wife got bit and her leg became swollen. So we do not plan to go back.

We checked in through a computer screen, even though there was someone sitting at the receptionist desk. Maybe I’m a little old school, but I did not like that at all. The room we were given didn’t have a functioning tv or phone to call the front desk, AND I’m pretty sure I saw a roach scatter when I turned the lights on. Because it was so late and I had children, I ended up just requesting another room. They put us in another room down the hall and it looked and smelled much better than the first. Breakfast was not the best; no sausage or bacon or anything but they had muffins and yogurt. I will never stay at this property again.

I requested on my reservation a king size bed. I received a quin size bed. it Vaz very uncomfortable.. I had an emergency and I could not stay the second night. I requested a refund and management did not give me a refund or a voucher for a later day. Overall not happy.
