This room wasn't up to par! Sink stopped up and leaking in the floor. Hair was in bath tub, holes in the walls, and only 1 channel on TV worked and no heat. But it was quiet for once. It sucked tho.

The room was dirty the sheet where stained the curtin was stain it had a smell to the room. And on top of the payment they asked me for a deposit .so i payed 77 dollars for a dirty room and a 50 dollar deposit. I asked for a difrente room and the laddy said no. And i payed for security.

The hotel is the bottom of the barrel worst ever. When entering front desk has signs saying no refund after 15 mins. That should have been a sign for me to check my room before heading out after getting my key. Anyway there was a sign near the breakfast area saying if u take food up to your room you will not get a deposit back. Finally on the 3fl my room door look as if it had been broken into . Entering the room the lights were dim paint peeling Carpet was filthy sheets had hairs and stains. Television didn’t work then there’s a mirror at the top of the bed acting as a headboard (creepy) The bathroom walls were dirty, shower was filthy wash cloths and towels were stained. To be a Wyndham brand hotel it was really unbelievable I wouldn’t recommend or return. I’ll advise to say far away from that place .

I stay at the Microtel pretty often and it's always my go to in this area because of what your getting for your money. The rooms are pretty affordable, can be a little high on the weekends but that's expected. The complimentary breakfast is always on point. My only complaint is that recently over my last few stays I've noticed that the rooms are not as clean as they used to be. There have been roaches in the room the past two or three stays. Not like an infestation but a couple each time which made it impossible to sleep and was afraid of putting my bags down in fear of taking them home with me. Also the elevator has been down the past few times which is inconvenient when staying on the 2nd and 3rd floors. I don't have any complaints other than then that and the cleanliness not being up to par as it used to be. Staff is friendly and accommodating. It's in walking distance to the 711 and Sheetz and Wawa are across the street and El Patron is a short walk from the hotel as well.

The room was filthy. The white towels and wash cloths were visibly dirty, there were bed bugs and a dead fly in the tub. The room was not cleaned upon check in. Staff was pleasant and stated they would assist but did not. I would not recommend staying here. We were in a tight situation which required a stay longer than 7 days (the cap for most area hotels) and thought this would be good. Location is convenient to food and shopping and directly across from the airport.

The pictures on the website lied! Towels were stained the bed had cigarette burns. I checked in late and didn’t inspect the room before leaving. It was so uncomfortable and just dirty. I’m sorry for even leaving this review but it is a BIG NO for me! NO!

I stay at the Microtel Inn and Suites pretty often. Like anything you get what you pay for and for the price you pay here it is pretty decent. The complimentary breakfast is good, the rooms are a decent size. My only complaint is that this stay I was in the bathroom and a pretty big roach came out of no where. The place isn't run down, disgusting etc but it definitely could be cleaned up some. I've only seen one and hadn't until this stay. Definitely hope that they get ahead of it so it's not an infestation. Luckily I didn't see it until almost time to leave, I would not have been able to stay or sleep otherwise.
