Easy place. But people were running outside for 1 hr. I think it was teens???

Disrespectful, nasty dirty ams lazy

There was no A/C no towels and there was a dead fly on the window

I don't know why but every day I had to go to the lobby to get my key activated

The hotel building is right next to the highway 5, a little noisy. But the shower is good, refreshing in the morning.

The room was just okay but not exactly what I expected. I booked with one bed for me and my partner, but we were given a room with two beds instead, which made the space feel a bit tight. Also, the sink was clogged, which was inconvenient. Since we only stayed for one night, it was manageable. It was okay for a quick stay.

Didn't stay once we saw the room. The floors were filthy covered in dog hair and dust bunnies. It's like they didn't even clean the room. There was a hole in the bathroom door and what looked like bugs in the bath tub. 10/10 do not recommend staying here

The first room was extremely filthy the smell was unbearable. That was room 306 the. They moved me to 309 which was smelly and dirty so I went out to Walmart bought myself pillows and sheets. Moved out first thing and never will return.

I’ve stayed at this motel 6 a few times this year. And I promise you i always feel like I’m on vacation. This trip was not as streamline as before but the front desk made sure that we were taken care of. Thank you for being friendly, helpful.

Disgusting and unsafe. The beds, towels, couches, and linens were filthy — nothing was properly cleaned. Moldy, stained tubs, and zero housekeeping. A drug addict was pounding on my door in the middle of the night, waking me up. There’s no security, and they allow homeless people to sleep in the parking lot. This place is a health and safety risk. I want my money back and will be reporting them to the city. They need to lock the grounds and stop letting this happen.

Stayed in room 336 and it had roaches. Asked for another room but there was only one room and it had no AC. Took it anyway just to find more roaches. Said I would get a refund but never got one. I will never go back there again, I'd rather sleep in my car.

Pillows in the room were horrible. Restroom shower was dirty and there was a toilet paper roll that was already open and used in the bathroom.

The bedding was stained but the room was clean . It’s motel 6 by the trolley. Can’t expect 5 star hotel for the price you pay .

Busy in the summer. Room was ready early. Appreciate that. Just towels weren’t replaced before I checked in but it was fine. I asked the maids for some. Convenient location.

Many issues I encountered at this hotel. 1) Each night the hotel keys were reset for no apparent reason after having a 5 day stay. Finally someone at the desk one night knew how to program the key properly 2) Room was very dirty/dated. The floor is clearly not clean as the bottom of my feet were black. They did not provide many towels. Only small ones and when I did ask for more they gave me crappy ones with stains on them. 3) I asked for a garbage can twice which they agreed would be delivered to room. I never received it. 4) Sink would not drain. The water went down the drain very very slowly. Basically you end with a sink full of dirty water. 5) It smelt like chemicals in the room. 6) I spent a lot of money on this hotel and to have simple things not working or dirty and not up to par is outrageous.

La ubicación es lo conveniente de este hotel ya que está a pasos de una estación del trolley. Necesita encarecidamente una mejora no solo en las instalaciones sino en la capacitación. No se necesita gran ciencia para detectar cabellos sueltos en lugares muy evidentes, o la tapicería rayada, si estás buscando bajo precio este es tu lugar.

Stayed for 3 nights. There is no regular daily service, came back to beds the way we left them. On the second day, i called the front desk asked for fresh towels and the trash to be cleaned. Returned late at night, no fresh towels all trash still in room. Called for towels at 11pm when i had returned, 2 hours laters a knock and i'm given 1 towel told "this is all we found." Beds were terrible, stiff old, the furniture holding the TV seemed like it was about to break.

I booked this place last minute for Comic Con and was definitely cat fished by the pictures. I’ve stayed at a lot of budget hotels but this one is by far the closest you can get to being in prison without actually being in prison. The regular clientele roaming the property made me feel unsafe when I took my dog out at night and when I asked housekeeping staff to help me open the door to access the ice machine I only received blank unhelpful stares. You only get two towels that are small, rough, and thin. When I asked for more they really didn’t want to give me any even though I had a 4 night stay. The pillows are also thin, less than half the width of a regular pillow. The shower curtain was worn with holes in it. The water pressure was horrible and the shower was not as pictured on the site.
