The first room I was given was not clean. When I went to the office, the gentlemen took great care of me and gave me a great room. I was very thankful. The room had a new bed which was great because I was in town to run a marathon. I could also see my car fro the room which I loved. The parking lot was very, very well lit which was amazing sice I had to get up early and leave while it was light for my race. I will stay there again in the future!

There was a live cockroach bug in my bed. Several in the bathroom. It was noisy outside. The staff was very understanding about my cancellation of an extra night.

I found 2 roaches in the bathroom. The bed and pillows weren't comfortable and should be replaced. The size of the bathroom is big and nice but the floors were dirty. I found crumbs of food in the multiple corners like nobody vacuums or finished sweeping.

Our room smelled like pee, i mean BAAAD!! We saw dogs and cats in so many of the rooms, so I'm sure it was from animals. When i asked to move rooms she said we were in the room too long so there was nothing she could do for us. I hung up then called back to ask if someone could atleast mop the floor. They did but then it smelled like pee and Pinesol!
