모텔 6 유레카, CA – 레드우드 코스트

One of the better Hotel 6 but the location was a little sketchy. Great dining locations and convinced stores but just the lower end of town (my personal opinion). However I would stay here again for the pricing.

The beds are smaller than advertised and the light pollution from outside is so bright it interrupts sleep. The first room that they put us in smelled strongly of cigarettes, but we were able to change rooms.

Everything was great. Enjoyed our stay.

Room was great, staff at front desk was wonderful. My only complaint would be that we could have used a second chair in the room. They were repaving the parking lot, so that was an inconvenience. For a Motel 6 the amenities were great, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. As always, pets always stay free!

The room itself was perfect. Clean, well stocked and the bed was adequate. This is not the Ritz by any means but I have stayed at worst places. The parking lot however was a real problem. The parking lot was under construction/replacement and all of the spaces in front of the disabled rooms were completely blocked off from parking. This meant that any disabled customer would have to park a significant distance away. Of course construction started at 8:00 AM so there was no sleeping in. I equally blame the motel management as well as the contractor they used. They could have come up with a plan to allow the disabled customers vehicles to drive in one little area and block off all the other areas that they were working on. But instead they just didn't care. They may leave the light on for you but they certainly aren't going to leave the parking available for you.

The homeless denizens hanging around outside my room until 0100 was not good

Great location, amazing if you just need a place to sleep. Very clean and surprisingly spacious.

The room was very clean. The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It was close to restaurants, within walking distance.

Have stayed at many Motel 6 properties as most have smoking rooms. This is the first out of 5 or 6 this year that did not, yet they have windows that open for ventilation and it is a large property. They should have room options. Also we stayed (had 2 rooms for 3 guest) in the center of the property and the wifi did not work in our rooms.We reported that and it could not be fixed. So no smoking rooms, no wifi. Will not stay here again.

It was clean and met our needs.

This property was not as bad as some of the reviews I had read, it served the purpose of some were to rest and feel a little safe. The staff was helpful for the most part. I realized it also depends on the day of the week you are there some days are busier than others. What really made me choose this property was the pets stay free that and the price. Would stay again but not long term.
