The new look of the rooms are very good. Property was very clean. Staff was ery nice. I feel it was very quiet and safe. Very co venient location for nice di ni g experience. I had a nice night rest, mattress was so comfortable that I cannot explain in the words. Highly recommend to everyone. Awesome tram work and customer service in great price. Pooja the general managerhas been the definition of leader and hard worker. Her staff hold her in high regard for everything and so they try to make one's experience pleasant.

It was dirty and not in good condition. Paint on floor, nasty stuff on walls. Very dirty. Mold on inside and our side of DeGrut. Would never go there again

I was in the room less than 30 minutes and killed 2 roaches. We didn't stay in the room at all but we are forced to pay. Im very dissatisfied with the experience.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I got there and the lady said she couldn't find my reservation. I had to pay for another room. The room was nasty and had something on the comforter. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

May have once been an amazing spot (beautiful sights) but is now very rundown. Although the staff is bright and cheery, the hotel itself is very worn down, dirty, and full of long-term tenants. On the bright side, the entire hotel is very lit up with great lighting and safe. This is fine for a one night stay over especially with a mini fridge and microwave convenience. Hot coffee in the am hours is a nice touch.

The room was dirty, no towels. I was told I would have to buy my own towels. We didn't stay. We asked for redund We couldn't get a refund since we booked through expedia. Contacted expedia about it. Expedia tried to contact the property owner for refund, they were unable to contact the property owner. Very disappointed in both the property and in Expedia.

Different bugs flying and crawling all Over . Loud music and guests till 5:30 am . Then constitution work started at 7 am . Dirty stained lines and bedding . Terrible experience. Felt unsafe and dirty

The room was disgusting. We walked in and saw the condition of the room and turned right around and left. The front desk put in zero effort to make anything right, only thing they said was I would have to request refund from the 3rd party I booked through. The door looked as if it had been kicked in, it didn’t even seal off with the deadbolt locked.

Room was not swept. Tables and counters were not wiped and bathroom was not clean and there was no additional tissue in bathroom, had to go down and ask for bath tissue along with face rag and towel. Bathroom had dirty used soap in the tub area and tub had ring around it..

It was quiet, but bedding was horrible. My bed had a cheese puff on the sheet after pulling back the cover. I told staff and she said most likely the bedding was never changed. The air conditioner was hardly working and the outside had trash debris.

Filthy disgusting dirty room. Nothing works as it should. From the worn out mattress to the mini fridge that is packed in ice to the tv channels in snow miserable experience. Worst hotel ever. Not to mention room smells dirty and stale smoke. Nasty hotel that should be demolished.
