Staff s nice . Need more animismes

The sink was clogged up, but other than that everything was great.

I was completely uncomfortable staying another second there because of another guest staying there was watching us the entire time. He watch me and my daughters off load our vehicle and every time we came out of our room to get something from the car he’d stare at us. He was shirtless with tattoos all over his body. Even went as far as following us to the front desk. So I drove off and called the front. They were unable to refund me even though I explained what was going on. The front desk person just offered to walk me back to my room. Hopefully they will refund me however she told me they can’t then again offered to walk me to my room. That wouldn’t help me and my daughters if we were abducted. This is very sad.

Everything went well. Loved Jazzmin, she checked up in. Great personality, pleasant, helpful.

Front desk agent was very friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean. Being right off the freeway, I was not expecting much, I was pleasantly surprised.

Shabby condition smelled horrible

My room did not have a microwave.

Smoking in room below us traveled into our room 1 nite. Very heavy odor Smoker was gone the next day. Not sure if Hotel removed him or he checked out on his own. Staff did offer another room for next day but we declined as the odor disappeared the next day. They apologized, however a discount would have been nice. She said the next time, they will "take care of us", whatever that may mean. I just smile knowing that it was irrelevant as we would not be back. Wife bitten more than a dozen times more than likely by bedbugs, though she did not relize this until a few days later after check out.

Everything was Good and enjoyed my stay and the location was close to lots of things.

Everything seemed to go OK until the night before I left and at midnight, there was a lot of noise going on outside. And then when I checked out the clerk at the front desk, seem to get angry at me because I dropped the room key on the desk. Accused me of throwing it at her which I did not. Period she continued on about the whole thing even after I apologized to her. I am an older person, 81, and I feel that I was treated unnecessarily with disrespect.

It looks that there’s a lot of homeless people around d property

It was quiet and the room suited my needs, the water smelled strange and the soap and towels felt cheap though.

Arcey was incredible!! I left my iPad behind and she worked with me to ensure that it was delivered back to my home in Arizona. I would 100000% recommend this motel based off its integrity alone. Also, clean inside and no issue while we stayed there.

Room was very clean and staff was very courteous.

I like the kindness of the maids and Nick and how clean it is in the rooms and I like that they have refrigerators and microwaves.

Staff was nice but the property was in need of a deep cleaning. Walls are thin and guests were up late.
