Motel 6 Phoenix, AZ - Midtown

Unfortunetly I was spend very long time to check in. The stair to upstair is too dirty. The breakfast was terrible.Just coffee and serial.

Was a terrible experience first room was not clean at all had roaches and smelled like smoke very bad defend room we were moved to we got locked inside the room over night the front seat would not pick up there phone until the next morning there more

It was convenient

Upon arrival there was no greeting. When we got into our room it smelled like cigarettes and clorox. As the night went on there was no wifi as advertised, the phone in the room was broken and was not connected, and there was no trash cans or even trash bags provided. I tried calling the number on Google like six times with no answer, there was stains on the floors, bathtub and walls. The "remodel" was done half ass. Went to the office to ask about the trash, phones and wifi and he said they just bought the propert and where still getting everything ready, but no apologies or anything for the lack of service. For the price we paid, I was extremely unhappy. If I would've been notified upon check in that the rooms wasn't ready, I probably could've gone somewhere else. There is a huge presence of homeless too and sirens all night and the it sounded like the window was open all night.

They need to change blankets and clean the rooms better and also roaches were crawling on the dresser where I had my stuff

The room appeared to be in the middle of a remodel. Bathroom unfinished, floors dirty with gum and paint. Drywall broken, sink broken. I have pictures to verify.

Room did not have adequate lighting, locks did not function properly, fridge and ac unit made extremely loud sounds, etc. The updates that are done are very sloppy.

My first room had someone in it still. Went to the office and got another room. Window was broken and wouldn't close. Drapes we're broken and had no privacy. Room was dirty still. No towels. Had roaches. I went to Walmart to buy towels and cleaning supplies to clean the shower. Toilet didn't flush. That's the nice version.

Room was not horrible but the out side areas arw disgusting!

Property was very dirty and in extreme disrepair, staff was very rude. Significant criminal activity on the premesis. Do not recommend

Great stay!

I would usually not do this but in this case I have to. This is the most unprofessional situation that I've ever been in especially in a motel. This morning I went to go extend my stay and I found out along the way that I had been d&Red as do not I guess rent or that was because of a disturbance that I had no recollection about was notified no one knocked on my door matter of fact I was rarely in the room because I was always out the only time I was there was at night. It's strange that when I went to the manager the manager had to go to the security and security were in charge of lifting that DNR. They refuse to but the manager told me I would be fine he had it taken care of not even 5 minutes later as he's walking out the door turns and tells his his assistant manager that he changed his mind and he didn't want me there for no rhyme or reason no explanation no conversation that was it. I feel that this could have been handled in such a different way that it makes me kind of chuckle because of how this went down it was so adolescent and so immature. I see why that place is the way it is because of who runs it and how they run it it is very very unorganized and it's so unprofessional for someone like myself just trying to find somewhere to stay for a decent price just to have a roof over your head. This was absolutely humiliating and have had done nothing wrong or have no real explanation given to me about the issue was.this place is a joke and zero customer service skills.

It's had no wifi and they keep telling us that they were fixing the Wi-Fi on top of most of the TVs and some of the rooms did not work the tub did not want to drain there was cockroaches everywhere. People smoking pills on the stairs!!!

It was a cool spot

Room was dirty bathtub was horrible, the front door barely locked, I did not feel safe

Convenient

Checking in was quick and easy. However. There is no signage that this is the correct hotel. When we pulled up to the room there was a man slumped over in his car with the door open. The whole ambiance is sketchy. The room was clean but once we turned the tv off we couldn’t get it to work anymore. Tried calling the office and there was no answer. The ac is super squeaky.
