Staff was nice property was so so not the best by far and the police and transient population are like cat and dogs or they’re playing cat and mouse cause all you see is police and transit not too good looking type of individuals. The mattresses were not comfortable whatsoever. They had sink holes all in them the nozzle in the sink in the bathroom every time you turn it on even just a little nudge it sprays all over you and your stomach like a water hosenon-smoking room smelled really strong of cigarette smoke and it was really cold because there was tape on our window for some reason. I had to call the front desk for rates on getting an extra night because my plans changed last minute and it was the maintenance man who answered and told me that he didn’t know where the front desk person was and that maybe I should try back in about 30 minutes or so that he was just watching the phones he doesn’t know where the front desk person went so it was pretty interesting

Hotel para pernoitar. Havia o mínimo necessário, sem maiores confortos (não tinha sequer um frigobar). Bom para dormir, tomar banho e só.

Asked to pay at property. But credit card was still charged. Room was decent, but cleanliness was subpar. Shower stall had black film on floor.

Excellent service. Clean rooms.

Ripoff. Prepaid for the reservation online, and was double charged during check-in. Employees are very unprofessional and barely even speak any English.

Convenient location and great price

Much quieter than I expected. Bathroom door handle about to fall off, Shower wall was dirty, coffee in lobby only during the morning. But met my needs

Love this location, room were clean and staff were great to us.

Been staying there off and on for 30 years. Outside place needs freshening up. Get rid of cobwebs

easy check in, quiet place and liked that it had shopping centers around and dining options ..only thing there was no a/c working or microwave in our room

This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The man at the front desk, Christopher, was rude and lied about room availability. When asked to change our room he stated there were none available. Upon entering our room it was deplorable. Trash. Smeared fluids on the walls. Beds messed up. Dirt. Rotting food. And the most horrendous smell of decomposition and cigarettes. When confronting Christopher with the room conditions and videos of them, he replied “so you’re just trying to get a different room”. I informed him I expected a clean room and he said he would need to “downgrade me” to accommodate us. He did not offer an apology or refund of any kind. The new room assignment lacked heating and air conditioning, hadn’t been wiped down, and had fresh paint on the walls. There were “no other rooms available” so we were stuck breathing in paint fumes and freezing in 46° weather.

The room smelled so bad I left! They wouldn’t refund my money

I have stayed here for the last 2 years during the same time for the same event and have never had an issue but this time was insane. The air didnt work, the phone didnt work, the noise was out of control until 3 am and people were even smoking weed in the hallway. I called multiple times to the main office but nothing seemed to work. I was very disappointed.

The worst hotel ever. Water Flooded the whole room, phone, AC/Heater Microwave not working. Other guest complained as well even said they had roaches. Nasty experience. I got a refund. But that don’t make up for being room less out of town.
