Motel 6 Sacramento, CA - Old Sacramento North

Very clean and safe

The facility is located near the highway. The room also had a microwave & mini frig which was not listed in the room amenities. The step-in tub/shower however, did not have any safety railing and a very slippery tub flooring I slipped myself, but thankfully did not injure myself. Management should look into fixing this important safety issue.

Good value for the money if you only need the bare minimum for a convenient short stay. Staff is friendly and helpful.

No coffee service. A man with a sledgehammer kept the entire hotel awake banging on his car from 11 pm December 30th-4pm Dec 31st! He had locked his keys inside his car and parked too close to my drivers door. I couldn’t get in my car! I missed my dr appointment!!! He scared me to death. He was a drug fueled maniac and security did NOTHING!!! He should have been removed from their scene immediately!!! And had his car towed!!! Also, no housekeeping!!! They do not clean or pick up any dirty linens! Trash has to be removed by occupants as well!! This is the biggest rip off place ever!!! Do not stay here! It is not safe, the people here are lazy and they don’t care about others safety!!!

Nice and clean

Nothing fancy but its economical, it has very easy access to I-5 North and South, theres a really good restaurant called Nena's Mexican Cuisine right across the street, then right behind Nena's is the Sacramento River levee, that has a Bike/Walking trail that runs for 8 or more miles down to a small river town called Freeport.

Liked - The room was clean and the price was right Didn't Like The strong smell of cleaning products in the room, the walls were paper thin, there was a loud party in the next room from 1 am to 230 am (had to phone the office to get the party stopped), a second pillow would be an upgrade

Its clean, secure and relatively cheap. Its walking distance to a couple of good restaurants. Bonus is its right next to the Sacramento River levee and the walking/bike trail that runs for 8.6 miles south down to Freeport, California.

This place is okay for the pri e but do not rent room in back off building it is close to highway and the nose is bad i mean realy bad

The room was a non smoke room but smelled like someone just smoked

it was quiet stay in which i appreciate, but my room still had a few hairs left behind in the shower on the floor and especially in the sink. You could tell they use towels for dusting and maybe a little overuse of one rag.. i would try investing in the Swiffer dusters. also there was food crumbs in top crevice of the fridge. other than that the stay was about expected.
