house keeping이 안되어 불편했음

The door didn't work and I asked to change rooms. At first the manager didn't want to, saying that all the rooms were occupied. They changed me to one that smelled really bad. On the second day someone died inside the motel (look for the news) I don't recommend you stay more than 2 days, just passing through. If only be 2 days or less it’s okay.

The management and staff were amazing. They do need security though.

I didn’t give this property five stars because I was unaware that they only had queen bed single in every room on the property and parking unless you reserve it ahead of time is down the street under the bridge which sounds scarier than it is the staff was really nice and very accommodating when we changed our mind and got to a different hotel. The hotel is appropriate for this price. Remember the old saying you get what you pay for but if you’re just looking for the basics, this place is OK.

Smoke alarm detection are noisy I told the servers and did not pay attention also dirty

I paid hotels.com extra to select a room with a refrigerator. On check-in, I was told that they don't have rooms with refrigerators. The heat in the room wasn't working and the window wouldn't close. There was mold on the window sill. They changed my room but the replacement wasn't much better, The particle board furniture was badly in need of repair or replacement, there was mold in the shower, the shower curtain was tattered and torn and a lot more.

The property wasn’t that bad . My room was dirty and my sheets had holes . I showered one day there and left . The towels smelled like old cheese and sweat . The worst part about this place is the Customer Service . The guy working the front desk is the worst . I have never seen anyone so rude to people checking in . I was supposed to do a late night check in and the person on the phone told me I needed to get there soon because they’re are not staying all night . I was actually scheduled to spend the whole week and canceled after one day .Hotel was ok but the people were rude .

For the price it’s acceptable, but the property needs some work in all areas.

For what it’s worth, I think it was perfect. Cozy room that served its purpose while I spent the weekend in San Diego.

The heat did not work and the room was freezing and the room was not very clean.

Terrible hotal,: homeless lives in the hotel l by government support money. smell the pee in the room(so our clothes can smell too) . Hair and dust on the floor Dusty and dirty all the room. Dirty food in the fridge. Beddings not clean. Only one of the staff service was nice. Problem is that we don't have time to change to anther hotel. It is very bad experience.

Broken elevator, wifi, TV. Had to leave very inconvenient

The bathroom came with no shower curtain. I was given towels that were stained. The mattress was very uneven. It had a deep gap. Very uncomfortable to sleep in. I found trash from the previous stay a dirty sock and a empty soda bottle Due to the the mattress being old and uncomfortable. I couldnt sleep.

Very nice staff

First and foremost this has been by far the worst Motel 6 I have stayed in. No ice bucket, no ice in the ice machine. Ice buckets are only provided for Premium room reservations.. Beyond ridiculous. Also, when we entered the room there was no towels either.. flimsy old pills and the room was filled with cigarette odor. It was awful to the point where I had to blast the AC on high to get the strong odor out. They also charge for parking, per vehicle, per spot. I contacted Expedia support to see if I could get a refund and haven't been successful yet. Stay away from this property. Pay the extra $30 and $25 dollars for parking by Gaslamp. It's much nicer and way safer.
