Amazing stay

I rented a room for the weekend and my husband met me for a weekend stay. There is a 25$ cash deposit I wasn't aware of thank goodness I had cash. Pets whether service dogs or not is an extra 25$. It was quiet . And clean.

I liked the customer service the best

They didnt have 5he room that had already booked and paid for, therefore i couldnt get a refund. The tv remote didnt work the tv and no one could fix it, but rather i had to to the office to get new batteries and that still didnt work, very low class for the price, Super 8 was so much better

While booking I was looking for an accessible room (we are elderly & have physical limitations), could not find one. Then when I went to book a king bed I accidentally picked a smoking room. When you check in here you have to do it thru a window in the wall, you cannot go inside. It was cold & the wind was blowing with nothing to block it. The lady that was checking me in was gone for a while when she checked the reservation & when she returned she told me I had a smoking room. I requested that she please change it & put us on the first floor. She told me that she could not do it unless I paid $10. I thought maybe they were going to be full, we were checking in at 4 PM so you could not tell at this time. I told her I was not going to pay extra to just give me the key & we would put up with a stinky room. Our room was on the 2nd floor & we travel with quite a bit of luggage due to our need of oxygen at night, etc., getting up was very difficult. When we came back to room that night there were 3 cars in front of the 2 story building! Should have been no problem to change the room. We will not use them again.

Wasn't sure about the safety--posted on the office that they weren't responsible for anything stolen, the office door was locked and check-in was through a little window--but we didn't have any trouble. Very close to the highway so lots of road noises.

New owners are in the process of updating and improving the entire property. Room was very clean and very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

It was nice at one point but there is too much fighting arguing drinks and noise half the night long. Wont be staying there again.

The staff was very nice. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. will recommend this hotel!

I will never in my life stay here again. We got told we had to leave a $40 deposit because we paid in case but the morning of check out the lady said that she didn't owe us a $40 deposit. The manager of the establishment was going to give it back to us until the lady that checked us in the day before came down and told him that they didn't owe us any money. I think she stuck the money in her pocket. I just wonder to myself how many people she has stolen money off of. She has to have a pretty good nest egg of her own somewhere. I think it is ridiculous to steal money off of people when you know good and well more than us saw her and heard her say something about the $40 deposit.

It didn't say on the page that they rewuire a $50 cash deposit to stay

Pricing and having free pets

Dead bugs on floor some kind of stuff under the night stand and other furniture placed my pets food on a towel cause didnt know if the stuff would hurt them. No HBO,in room coffee pot,hair dryer, iron or ironing boards.

Room was clean and everything worked just need a pool

We arrived in Somerset way earlier than check in time, our rooms were ready and we were able to check in right away ~ this was a very much welcomed surprise!! Thanks so much!! L&J Madison

The room was clean but full of nets.I had to go and buy bug spray.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed at with the worst service also. Only had one towel and washcloth, so asked for more and was denied. My room was surrounded by sketchy people that live there full time and were loud and strange. The room was supposed to be nonsmoking, but had cigarette burns on everything, including the bathtub and bedspread. It was also very dirty. The pillows were old and very flat, but they also refused to let me swap them out too. My best advice is to stay away unless you like filth, enjoy being disrespected, surrounded by sketchy characters, and to be completely unappreciated.

Arrived on Saturday the 15th and they wanted to charge me a cash deposit ( this was never stipulated even when I had called). Then informed my room wouldn’t be ready for a couple of hours. Said she had gave it away, but the night before there was 4 or 5 of that room left to be rented. She didn’t care, so I left and disputed the transaction with my credit card company. I don’t like thrives and liars.
