모텔 6 벤투라, 캘리포니아 - 다운타운

Passing through Ventura. Nice location near down town restaurant and boardwalk It's is a motel 6. Located on freeway. But I oddly could not hear freeway in my room

The whole property needs a lot of maintenance

I requested and paid for a room with a king size bed. When I checked in, there were no king-size beds available so received a room with two small full beds. The man at the front desk was rude. The hotel is very rundown.

Mold in shower, walls were filthy and stained

It smelled horrible

I get that it was a Holiday Weekend Rate but $450 for this room was robbery. When we arrived at 12:30am we waited outside to check in for 15mins. Had to call to get someone to come to check in. The room was musty and dusty. Didn’t have the option to choose to have the room serviced in the morning but when we returned it was half cleaned like if they started to clean and changed their mind. Only one bed was made.

This motel 6…dirty with moulding around the doors, all the room that we received because the rooms were filthy, they smell like heavy smoke.. I will never ever go to this motel..I spent 214 for a disgusting room!!

Entire place was filled with slum. Couldn’t even walk outside without someone’s dark barking and trying to bite you. The smell of marijuana was everywhere even inside the room.

Convenient downtown location, but motel is rundown and overpriced.

This is a dive motel. There are seriously nasty skanky people living here in one of the upstairs rooms behind the office and smoking cigarettes on the premises seemingly non-stop (while they’re not in their room taking drugs) and discarding cigarette butts everywhere and management does nothing. Probably afraid of them. To be fair, interior room was clean and comfortable. Chase away the riff-raff and this place would be acceptable for a budget stay.

I was pleasantly surprised in that the property and the room was much better than I expected. The location is ideal as it is close to the beach and to the historic downtown area, which has so much to offer. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, I was very delighted with this day

I enjoy staying here. The owner is great very accomplished. This is the 2nd time staying here and I love it. This is my place to stay when I’m in the area.

I don’t know who’s giving this place alll these great reviews. Our room was not great at all. The shower door didn’t close and there was no fan to absorb the moisture it felt like sleeping in a rainforest all night. Bathroom was dirty and dingy and seem to be fruit flies in the room. Won’t stay again wasn’t the worst ever but won’t stay again

Five minute walk away from everything!!!

The front desk gentleman was friendly and we had a room right by our car which was great. It was quiet but the bathroom was a bit outdated. Close to many things.

I picked this hotel based on the ratings but it was an ok hotel. The room had a small walk-in shower which was slippery, no iron, no hair dryer, and lumpy pillows. I will not be staying here again.

The weather was great. The “accessible” room, not so great. Where to start? The bathroom shower was full of black mold. The back of the front door, including around the handle and peep hole, were covered in black mold. The ceiling vent was falling down. The bed was uncomfortable and felt like it had a hole in the middle of it. The pillows felt like they were full of bits and pieces of foam. And the closet was incredibly difficult to access down a narrow side of the bed around a corner. The tv service kept cutting in and out and the sound was bad. The sink shot water everywhere no matter how little you turned the handle on. There was rust on the bottom of the chairs for the “dining area.” I get it, this is a motel. But I grew up saying at Motel 6 and never have I stayed at a property that was this dirty. We paid $240 for 1 night and it was not worth it!
