Terrible dirty

Utilities were not working properly. Heater was not working for bathroom Light was not working in shower.

It was nice and comfortable

Not to you please of staying, if you don’t have protection

This was the dirtiest, filthiest, unimaginable room and hotel. It was like a tenement house from the 1960’s with dirty and drunk men and women renting rooms by the week or month. I realized some of the people coming through were undesirables, eviction people and people living week to week people using this place for sexual encounters. The entrance is dirty. You have to be buzzed in. I can’t imagine why. The windows are dirty. You have to talk to the people through a closed window. They speak very poor English & are slow to help because they don’t understand. I had to use a key card but when I walked outside and came back the key card didn’t work. Looking in the room at first glance you can see just how dirty it was. The stair case was carpeted it filthy and hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed for what looked like THIS YEAR Zander the hallway smelled. The pillows were old, yellowed and with no stuffing. They just sagged. The pillow cases and sheets were dirty too. The bedspread was old, looked even older and was dirty so I couldn’t sleep in the bed. There was a sofa but that was dirty too so couldn’t even sleep on it. The room was like the Bates Motel, a horrible dirty nightmare. I have never been in a more filthier hotel.

The property was not as advertised at all the room was falling apart the sink was leaking the bathroom was disgusting the curtains wouldn’t close the staff including the manager were very rude and refused to give back my money it was just awful should definitely get closed down immediately

Staff is doing their best but the property is in very rundown condition.

This place is terrible dirt every where. They even leave the same used blanket on the bed.

The place was very old looking. It was extremely dirty. Mold in the shower. Couldn't even put the curtains in the room up properly. It looked like they must have had a moisture problem at one point cuz even the walls looked warped.

No cover on bed.1towel for 3 people Reluctant to get towels spare loo roll rubbish bin for us.saying no suppies after 3.00pm Check in doesn'tstart till3.00pm We did not expect luxury but did expect basic minimum and did not expect to have to fight to get them Inside dirty and run down.carpet on stairs ingrained dirt and grease and not hoovered Check in staff monosyllabic and unhelpful all the way. When asked for spareloo roll and rubbish bin said should not expect it at price paid, then when challenged they were basics changed to saying short of staff When arrived and found 1 towel only in room said no supplies after 3.00pm, then said none in laundry to give us, come down later, then pushed he rang someone and then went into room and brought out 2 clean towels and dirty looking one. The latter we used as bath mat as without getting out of shower extremely slippy and dangerous No coffee machine in room This is one to avoid and in fact expedia should stop listing it

There not so helpful when it comes to things stole from you. There is only two maintenance men they trying to do there best but its hard to keep the place clean.

It was filthy, dirty, unkept, illegal activities. I will never go there again….

Old amenities and hallways lacked cleanliness.

This is the worst inn that I’ve ever been to. It need to be renovated, if they do something as simple as cleaning and changing the carpet in the hallways, stairways and lobby it would make a big difference with appearance. That place is nasty it’s very dirty, I didn’t even wanted to take my shoe off
