turned on the hot tub in the room the water came out black. the curtins were rotting. the hot by the pool was not open. the knob on the pool exit was broken off. no waffle machine

We specifically chose this site because of whirlpool and swimming pool, and they were not functional. The beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom was outdated (water was able to get outside the shower/inside wall so likely mold). Bathroom was also dirty, and hair dryer did not work. And we actually laughed at what was considered breakfast. TV was small. The staff did give me a very soft blanket when I asked, which is about the only good thing I can say.

We got there started checking in. Then after we were done. Gives us the keys. Then tells us that the pool was off limits until summer. Because it causes to much moisture and is damaging the building. We were totally shocked. I said well your site said open. If it was closed then you should put that on the site. That's why we booked. She did not sound surprised at all. So I think this happened to a lot of others.So trying to give it the benefit of the doubt.We went to check out the room. It had a weird smell, it was old, and the fire alarms were going off in the room. The walls had dents in them. No TV in the bedroom. Closet was dirty. We were not going to stay. We went down told her we were not staying. Can we get some of our money back? We told her what was wrong. And that she should of said the pool was not working. But of course no refund. It was to late. Total scam this place is. If your browsing I suggest you don't even consider this place. Horrible.

A place to lay your head needs updates

Quaint nice local feel. Off season so the service was minimal. No breakfast, keys didn't work.

It was disappointing that the pool and hot tub were not working, and haven't worked for along time. It would have been nice to know that before booking.

Very quiet and not busy. Outdated but functional. Extremely limited breakfast items and pool was out of service.

Horrible beds, broken springs, IKEA frames with legs sticking out so you can stub your toe on them multiple times.

Booked the jacuzzi suite there was hair in the hot tub. Burnt out light bulb for track lighting and two miniature lamps leaving room dark, pool and hot tub were out of order, water pressure was terrible in the shower and I spent 20 minutes rinsing shampoo from my hair. Front desk staff was in a hotel room not at front desk had to buzz anytime you need assistance. Breakfast is toast/English muffin/bagel and there was a small pitcher of milk and apple juice. First and last stay at this place

Very strange receptionist. No ice. Bugs in room. Old furnishings. Just a place to stay. Dont expect much....

Booked this hotel because it had a hot tub and pool. After booking with Expedia I called the hotel to confirm they did in fact have a pool and hot tub. They confirmed. When we arrived and checked inn we noticed the lights off in the pool room. I asked what time the pool was open till and the manager said "the pool and hot tub is shut down. We drove 1.5 hours to stay here and were extremely upset they did not inform us of the hot tub inconvenience. We found a different hotel down the road and checked out about 15 minutes after arriving. When we asked for a refund the lady I asked for at the front desk seemed upset and said we should have never checked in in the first place. Very disappointing. On top of all this the room had a horrible musty smell and clearly hadn't been cleaned or gone through in quite some time. I do not recommend this hotel. Terrible experience and terrible customer service.

This was an average hotel. It looked like they were doing some renovations: repainting the woodwork and walls. There was no chain on the door. The door was difficult to get closed. It was quiet and comfortable.

The shower and hair dryer didn’t work. Needs some remodeling and upkeep.

Got to thr property and checked in, went to go check out the pool and hot tub and that was closed off. Came back after getting dinner and went to shower and the handle was missing on the shower faucet, and when turned to the hot side of the faucet and there was a trickle of pressure. When then shower was on the head was squealing until it was adjusted. Woke up and went to get some breakfast and didn't have much of anything in there for food besides cereal, toast, hard boiled eggs, and oatmeal without hot water.

Place was ok for overnight stay but was disappointed the limited breakfast offered was closed down without any notice and there is not any alternatives nearby

We had a wedding in the area and so stayed here just one night. Staff was helpful even tho the computer system wasn’t functioning properly. Got us a room early so we could change quick before going to the wedding after our drive.

The property is old FalseAdvertising about a pool that doesn't work in a hot tub that doesn't work. i was there last year. They said they were looking for apart for the pool. And the same thing this year, either fix it, or don't advertise it. rooms are okay however they're old and run down. price was okay.For what I paid, but I will not stay there ever again. Again, false advertising about their pool, fix it, take it down.
