I am 100 percents satisfied with this guest house. Each room has an artist's original picture and we can enjoy Picasso's artworks at the lobby. Room is cozy and bed is comfortable, so we can relax at the room. I feel that I am really at home. The staff at the front desk is so kind and helpful. Also, the location is fantastic to travel around in Boston. I hope to stay there again.

Awful place. Check-in was protracted to say the least. Required multiple attempts to achieve. Then room was cold. Sconce at bedside would not turn off. Could not unscrew lightbulb. It finally fell off wall - clearly had been off wall previously and was hanging by a thread. Toilet ran all night. Would not flush! Bathroom floor was 30 degrees! Finally the hairdryer they said they didn’t supply but was in the room blew the breaker and most of the lights in the room went out! The breaker box would not open so I had to live in the dark! Extremely unpleasant experience. Oh, good thing I didn’t have a computer - no outlet at desk! Why have a desk! Absolutely terrible room.

I don't think this listing had enough communication about it basically being an air bb. I didn't stay there after encountering a locked door when I arrived in a storm. The site they make you sign in on is too much when you've already booked through a third party. I left and got another room. I am claiming it on my insurance.

We stayed a week. The property is tired and old. The beds were very uncomfortable and with lopsided mattresses. The shower stall leaked water. The shades did not cover the windows completely. One of the worst hotels we ever stayed.

Location is excellent and the room was spacious, comfortable, and well lit. The only problem was some parts of the room had not been cleaned well. For example, on my last night I dropped my phone down the side of the bed, and here discovered lots of dust, hair, a used cotton bud, and a cigarette butt…

Check in is all remote- no hotel staff. Had no idea when the reservation was made. Took 30 minutes to get checked in online and get to the room. Have to upload ID and use face recognition. Room smells like a wet dog.

This was a beautiful room in a great location. We were near Fenway Park, Boston Commons, and the T line. One block away was Newbury Street with plenty of shopping and restaurants. There was a park across the street where we could walk or relax. We enjoyed our stay here.
