It was very meh. The service was fine but it was very much a place to stay if you need something last minute overnight. The pillows were yellow and brown. Not clean. Made me cautious of everything. Also the towels weren’t clean :(

It'll soon be a nice hotel.I believe. There was no security for check-in. After hours, front door and lobby stayed opened for people to wander in period continental breakfast consisted of box pastries, water and individual tea. Packets are one shot coffee, so they shouldn't even say they have breakfast. They should just have Welcome snacks and there was no type of chair or seating area in the bedroom and just because I have a balcony doesn't, I don't want to sit inside? Or a place to put out luggage oil In the shower head, it was a weird placement. It faced the a little bit of glass corner but not long ways, short ways.Anyways that's it thanks

The bed was very comfortable but the other furniture was cheap and not in the best of shape. They need to provide a bath mat and more than one hand towel. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay in Brooklyn. Really good restaurants and bars nearby.

"I looked through the comments and on the hotel's website to see if there were any extra charges for my pet's stay, but I didn’t find anything. However, when I arrived, they charged me 80 USD. Also, the breakfast included was just bread and coffee — which is not really a proper breakfast

When showering the shower leaks BAD. We asked for room service for clean up and came back in from an outing really late to only find the room smelling like mildew from the wet towels on the floor..the hotel experience was ok I guess

Staff was great the street it’s located on not the best but they offer private parking so that helps ! Hotel is nice great prices for the area.

Do NOT sleep on the ground floor. "Breakfast" is a joke.

They offer free breakfast but they only had coffee and pastries.

They threw me out of the property

They’re getting a little busy and property is getting a little worn (like bathroom fixtures etc) and some more dust than usual at times because of construction but it’s nothing a good housekeeper and voicing your issues can’t fix.

I liked my stay there. Loved the city view and the big sliding windows

The property was exactly what I needed. For one night in Brooklyn it was just right. The building had late check-in and that was very convienent. They said they have someone at their front desk 24-7. The lobby was very clean and clear, the rooms were neatly organized and spacious. The only down is the patio door was open which had it be hot in the room and the AC did not work to lower the temp. The front door didn't seal well so I could see and hear everyone outside in the hallways. They surely aren't strict about rules here, neighbors were blasting loud music up past midnight and there was a heavy odor of marijuana in the hallways. No problem to me but may not be to others.

It was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Nova Hotel. We were very happy with our room, which looked just like the photos and had tons of light, a gorgeous bathroom and a pretty nice view. And we loved the balcony! We also had fun exploring the neighborhood. Staff was friendly and helpful too.
