안내 데스크 인도여자사장 매우 부정직하며 손님에게 함부로 대하면 매우 불친절함 12월26~27일 숙박 28~29일 연장 예약을 하였으나 안내데스크 인도여자 사장이 28일 11시까지 체크아웃을 하고 3시 이후에 다시 28일 체크인을 하라고 하여 숙박 업소에 체크인시 보증금으로 200불 카드 결제후 체크 아웃시 숙박한 곳에 이상이 없는 것을 확인 후 보증금으로 카드 결제 한 것을 취소 한다는 확인 영수증을 주는 것이 당연 한 것인데 손님이 취소 영수증을 요구하니 취소 영수증은 줄수 없다고 거품을 물면서 화를 내어 28일 오후 3시 이후에 와서 다시 이야를 하자고 하고 볼일을 보고 3시 이후에 왔는데 보증금 200불을 또 요구 하여 그전에 카드결제로 한 것 취소 영수증을 요구하니 그렇게는 할수 없다고 하여 무엇때문에 취소 영수증을 줄수 없는지 물어 보니 우선 청구를 하지 않았다는 말만하고 계속해서 믈어보니 나중에라도 문제가 생기면 청구를 하려고 한다고 하면서 말도되지 않는 말만을 하여 우리쪽에서 녹음을 할테니 지금 한 말을 그대로 하라고 하니 그렇게는 못한다고 하면서 본인 운전면허증을 훅 던저버리면서 우리에게는 방을 줄수 없으니 다른 곳에가서 숙소를 잡으라고 하면서 나가라고 하고 안내데스크 안쪽 방으로 들어 가버림 그래서 호텔스 닷컴 고객 센터로 전화를 하여 처리를 하니 안내데스크 인도여자 사장은 환불은 해줄수 없고 본인은 그런 말을 한적이 없다고 거짓된 말을 호텔스 닷컴 직원분들게 말함 이러한 숙박업소는 호텔스 닷컴 이미지를 아주 많이 실추 시키고 있으며 등록을 할수 없게 제명을 시켜야 합니다. 다른 곳에서도 블랙 차트에 올려서 따금 하게 혼내야합니다.

We felt the room was small, tight to get around. Shower sprayed everywhere, toilet was really low, no room service. Had to get our own towels and toilet paper. Towels were pretty thin. Fridge didn’t work. Only one channel on the tv and remote didn’t work. Sheets were thin. Location was fairly good. About 1 mile from beach. You can hear and feel the vibration of the traffic. Thin walls. Great fotos in ad, but I give 3 stars

Broken towel rack we were informed they already knew about before we came. Counter had pieces out of it and scratches. Bed was hard. Location was handy for our needs. It was priced well for the area

The staff was friendly, however the room was not what was pictured, no plug for tub, no Kleenex, A/C was awful, door shut strangely, street was noisy the whole night, the towel were few and rough to the touch. Needed a paint job, and a good cleaning.
