Very nice staff.

Refrigerator not cold, fold out sofa mattress was very, very lumpy, room had some cleaning issues

It's an OK place to stay for one night if all you need is a place to crash. Try to get a room on the 1st floor.

Comfortable bed and nice room

The room was supposed to be non smoking, the minute we entered the room smelled of stale smoke to the point of it triggeringt my asthma, my husbands cough and our clothing smelled of smoke the next day. We arrived late and the room was prepaid or we would have left. Other hotel in area was full. The next morning when I brought it up to staff, she was apathetic and made excuses. No discount or restitution was offered. Very disappointing.

Limited access to coffee, ice, office only open 7am -7pm buildings have code violations, very noisy

The guy that works at night was so pleasant and easy to check in with.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Matress and bed frame not washed and looks dirty. Lot of ants and spider. Carpet looks old. Too much noise from adjacent rooms and top floor and no proper sleep. I am not visiting again nor recommending this place to anyone.

Spacious room, upholstery was on the older side. Great location of the motel. Elevator location was a bit inconvenient but glad there was one. Pool was not open. Coffee in the lobby was decent. Value for money. Staff was good for checkin and checkout.

Clean room,room had microwave and looks like bathrooms were recently remodeled.

There was a hole in the bathroom door and water damage. It’s basically a motel 6 you stayed with your family in the late 80s. Back of the property had trash out. In that area of port angeles there is not a lot of nice hotels and so your going to get a motel 6 type for a holiday inn express price

This hotel was gross. After checking in with a person who uttered maybe two words to me, I went up to my room. The bathroom had a shower that didn't drain properly and there was someone else's hair on the bathroom floor. It was yucky. I wouldn't stay here again.

The hot tub was not working and the property seemed run down. Stay was just OK.

Convenient location to ferry terminal, hurricane ridge, lake crescent. Night traffic noise because located right on the major roads. If riding the early ferry ride, it’s only 5 minutes drive.

the room was clean and simple and fit our needs fone. Super convenient to where we were staying. Just a little sketchy with some people “living there”

Overall it was pretty decent for a motel. When we checked in the employee was really nice and welcoming, but there are some workers who are really rude and dismissive when you ask them a question. So for that alone I don’t know yet if I’d come back. The pool wasn’t open on any of the days we were there even when we were told it would be. We found a lot of earwigs in our room though so if you don’t like bugs consider another accommodation. They did have coffee, tea, and hot chocolate for guests in the lobby which was nice.

All rooms are non-smoking but the smell of smoke lingers in the rooms. The curtains are so tarnished with smoke and dirt that the smell permeates when you close them. The breeze-way was filthy with old couches, cigarette butts, etc. I do not recommend this motel for those that are sensitive to smoke and have allergies.
