Excellent customer service

Great place for a quick stay and always accommodating for our companies needs while we work in the area.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this historic hotel. The food was excellent and the rooms were nicely appointed.

Older but very clean, very comfortable. Excellent customer service when checking in from Craig. Help with catching the ferry in the morning. Really personalized attention.

Nice big room , very comfortable and clean

This property was clean. The receptionist was nice and friendly. They contacted us at 7:00 pm to see if we were going to check in after 10:00 pm. Big bathrooms. Soft pillows.

Large room with chairs and desk. Clean quiet comfortable.

Very dirty! Spider webs hanging from the lamp shade. Killed a huge spider on the bathroom counter. Kinky black hair on bathroom floor in front of toilet. Toenails on carpet next to bed. Large garbage can chained to poll outside door with terrible odor. Walkways & stairs outside were extremely dirty with lots of spider webs.

Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable.

This property was old and not well-maintained. The sheets looked used as they were completely wrinkled. There were stains on carpet and mold in shower. The towels appeared to be well worn; possibly as old as property. The street behind property made it noisy for sleeping and the area was very dark; not well lit. Over priced for age and condition of property. Reconsider as I would not recommend. Staff greeting us did not make eye contact at all...seemed like he was ready to end his shift and morning staff couldn't even provide breakfast recommendation.

It was amazing! Very comfortable and the customer service is excellent

This was a nice place to stay near Olympic National Park. The check in service was very friendly and recommended a great place to see the sunset over the strait which was beautiful. The room was clean and everything worked.

Good stay : the room was very clean. It was only 25 minutes from Port Angeles where we got off the ferry. It was almost half the price of hotels in that area.

A good pit stop while doing some hikes in the area. Don't let the outside of the property fool you, the rooms inside are great - big, comfortable and well equipped. Docking one star because the staff member asked us to pay $15 for an early check-in of 1 hour (which we declined). Really? The room is already clean and sitting empty!

The hotel is very close to the road, the traffic slows down early though. Clean room, ok beds, pillows need help, the shower head was not working great, and we had noisy upstairs roommates two nights. Over all pretty good stay.

It was an okay hotel. It’s older and a bit dated but it was done for our 1 night stay.

The property was dated, the beds were very firm, and the rooms smelled a little funky. Overall, it was a good cheao place to stay. The surrounding area was great, and it's very close to anything you might need.

The room was quiet and comfortable. The bed and pillows were good. The staff was helpful. Parking and access to the downtown area was helpful.
