Not recommend you to stay. When we checked in the hotel around 21:30, the room was not cleaned up so had to go back to the lobby and moved to another room. That made us so tired and stressful at night time. Next day from early in the morning golf course construction noises keep bothering us. So we moved to another room which type is not we booked. Fyi, daily cleaning service is not good at all. Only bellmen service is good. If it is cheap hotel I would take all above inconvenience but it is 4 star hotel. They have to be better than this.

The room smelled moldy/ musky. Especially the pillows I brought it to the attention of the front desk, they sent a tech. The tech replaced the HVAC filter and said not much more can be done.

The staff overall was nice and very friendly. The property and room are dated, and look in need of some TLC. Cleanliness left a bit to be desired. We found a cockroach in our room, which we disposed off and let the staff know. They said they would spray and do a thorough cleaning; this was not obvious when we came back. Garden pool was dirty on the bottom and had quite a lot of stuff floating in it. Overall for the price I expect better quality and level of appearance. We have stayed at less expensive places that are cleaner and better overall. Also parking is very expensive ($40 a day) for a property that is not close to anything.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Omni Resort and Spa. The entire property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming. The pools were a highlight—spacious, relaxing, and perfect for both lounging and swimming. The food was also excellent, with plenty of options and great quality. Overall, everything from the atmosphere to the service made the experience really enjoyable.

We arrived at 4 pm but the room was not available until 6 pm. The hotel food is a little expensive and not good as we expected.

Disappointed. Unsatisfactory.

Lots of amenities on site. Very family friendly resort with lots of activities for kids. You can easily stay on the property without having to go anywhere else. Our room was dusty and had a weird odor. There were no towels at the pool in the evening and it closed at 10pm. Food at Vue was not good, very bland. The food food at Bar Traza was really good.

Everything about this resort is amazing! Although we weren't traveling with kids, it was so fun to see all the activities and attention given to families. It's also a dog-friendly environment! We had such fun soaking in the spa as the sun set over the golf course, listening to the dueling pianos. There was such a great feeling in the air. Our bed was extremely comfortable and the room was quiet. Very comfortable. We can't wait to stay again soon!

I took my wife to Lacosta spawn Resort for her 56th birthday I mentioned it in the reservation and they delivered in a huge way they gave gifts they comped certain things they were very generous and the stay was amazing it truly is a great birthday getaway if you can afford to splurge a little

The property is stunning. The views, atmosphere, and cleanliness are 10/10. You can walk around at night and feel safe. I would say service is 2/10. I was trying to ask an employee where I could find pool towels stating I brought mine from my room but wanted the ones she’s was grabbing to clean, she rudely said “idk what you’re asking”. (She was white). I tried to ask another server where I could order food from the pool, she said I could ask my server. I asked who my server was, she said it was close to 5:30pm and should order at the bar area (rather than taking my order or finding out who was my server— she was also white). Every other employee who was Mexican greeted me so Politely. Will also add the Asian girl at the ice cream shop did a better job by letting me know where I could find a local cute beach. I will add this place had the best burger we’ve had in a while. So 10/10 on the burger. Would come back but for the service and awful interactions. Maybe they would’ve treated me better if I said I was a lawyer? Who knows. Will definitely have to think twice about it.
