Não há refeições no Hotel. Mas há um frigobar, uma cafeteira e um forno de microondas disponível no quarto. As máquinas de gelo do hotel NÃO funcionam. Mas o quarto em si é MUITO BOM! Com camas king size, blackout e ar-condicionado eficientes.

Great stay

I will definitely not stay at this hotel ever again. There was a lot lacking. Cleanliness, I really hope it was the housekeeper’s hair that was long, black and curly because it was everywhere. Condition, falling apart. The pool is “closed for maintenance.” I didn’t take a picture because it was growing things. The photos below are of the bathroom. Shower curtain rod literally falling out of the wall. The shower curtain along the rings, was ripped pretty much all the way across. The walls falling apart from water damage. Service, the guy at check in was bothered that I needed to check in, I must have interrupted his show in the other room. They left cups and the makings for coffee, but no coffee pot. When I asked for one right after I got to the room (7 PM), it wasn’t brought until after I left the next morning (10 AM). It was there when I was back at 5 PM. I tried to save a few dollars this trip, I definitely will not make that mistake again.

j'avais séjourné dans cet hôtel il y a plus de 10 ans qui était super à l'époque. Mais là à fuir . Plus de piscine (l'eau est verte), plus de petit déj, les murs s'effritent, les meubles sont cassés, l'hygiène est pas au top. Heureusement des femmes de ménages compréhensibles

O hotel não oferece mais café da manhã, embora isso esteja no anúncio. A recepção não é muito calorosa, e o hotel precisa de reformas. A piscina já não funciona mais, está com água verde escura. O ponto positivo é que o hotel fica muito bem localizado, o quarto não tem cheiro de cigarro (o que é muito comum nos EUA) e são limpos diariamente.

It was decently priced just a few amenities i wish worked like the ice machine and the door locks letting us in our room.

The hotel has an excellent location—very close to major parks like Universal Studios. This is super convenient because you can easily get an Uber or Lyft for about $6–$7 each way, which saves you from paying around $35 for parking at the parks. The room includes a microwave and a fridge, which is a big plus, especially if you’re traveling with kids. That made things easier for us. However, there are several things that need urgent improvement. The bathroom is in poor condition, with visible damage. The bathtub looked dirty and was unpleasant to step in—it appeared so unclean that I had to shower wearing flip-flops throughout my stay. I also saw multiple cockroaches in the room: one crawling on the floor, another on the wall behind the TV, one by the sink while I was brushing my teeth, and another on the table under the TV where guests usually place their things. This made me feel anxious and uncomfortable, and I even had to sleep with earplugs at night out of fear that one might crawl into my ear. The remote control didn’t work properly—you couldn’t turn the TV on with it and had to do it manually. It was also missing the back cover where the batteries go. The bedding was also insufficient—there weren’t enough blankets, and I was cold during the night. This hotel has potential thanks to its great location and the in-room amenities, but it really needs proper cleaning, pest control, and general maintenance.

I did not like nothing. It was very nasty dirty refrigerator, dirty sheets, dirty towels. He won’t give me my money back. It was just nasty. The tub looks nasty.

Que lugar horrível! É incrível o Hotels.com ter um lixo como esse em seu catálogo. Eu reservei 4 diárias e não aguentei passar de um dia, fiz check-out e procurei outra hospedagem. Limpeza não existe, meu quarto tinha uma infestação de baratas, estava imundo, toalhas rasgadas e manchadas, roupas de cama sujas e fedidas. Eu já viajei por todo o mundo e nunca encontrei um lugar tão horrível como esse, e acredito que dificilmente encontre. Não é seguro, qualquer um entra e consegue chegar perto do seu quarto, os funcionários (com exceção da housekeeper) são rudes e nada simpáticos. A piscina, um lixo, parece que não vê limpeza desde a Independência dos EUA. Cheguei na madrugada do dia 30/6 e só aguentei dormir uma noite, pois estava extremamente cansado. Se você quer preservar sua saúde e integridade física, não vá para esse lugar.

There was a few things about the hotel room that i think need to be improved which is the bathroom door doesnt lock and the shower needs to be fixed. I had also found a cockroach one night in my stay. Pool also wasnt working. In all the place is good those were just things that i think need to be improved and things i didnt like in my stay.

O quarto estava limpo e parecido com as fotos. Fiquei apenas 2 diárias, pois estava em outro hotel antes (fiquei 26 diárias no hotel em frente e tinha esperança de conseguir usar as 2 diárias do reward que ganharia, mas só foram disponibilizadas após o check-out do primeiro hotel, então acabei tendo que ficar nesse de última hora). O quarto era simples, mas tinha estava tudo funcionando chuveiro, ar condicionado, frigobar e microondas. Também tinha ferro de passar e tábua, mas não utilizei. O banheiro era bem simples e poderia ser reformado, mas era ok. Assim que cheguei, me colocaram no segundo andar e descobri que não tinha elevador. Como estava sozinha e com 2 malas muito pesadas, pedi para ficar no segundo andar. Rapidamente, atebderam meu pedido. Como eu não queria sair daquela região, foi o melhor custo benefício que encontrei, mas não ficaria nele novamente. Não me senti segura. O primeiro andar virado oara o estacionamento que era bem aberto. Qualquer um que não fosse hóspede poderia ter acesso. Pela localização e preço (a menos de 10 minutos de carro do parque da Universal), atende a necessidade básica para dormir. Não tem café da manhã. O pior é que a PISCINA ESTAVA IMUNDA (com a água verde) e estava na primavera fazendo quase 40 graus todo dia, ou seja, deveria estar limpa. Era no primeiro andar de frente para rua e era pequena (na foto parece maior). Mesmo que estivesse limpa, pouco provável que alguém usasse.
