Property is extremely outdated and hasn’t had a remodel since probably the 80-90s it is currently under some remodeling however it doesn’t look like good remodeling but like cheap handyman remodeling. Water pressure is very poor in the room. The biggest issue with the property is the pool area. The restrooms located at the pool area have an inch of standing water leading to the private one bathroom, and the tiles are falling off the walls and there is mold all over the bathroom and sink. The pool water is so cloudy you can’t see the bottom. The room was clean however when we walked in all doors were unlocked, the glass door and the conjoining room door all unlocked. The remote didn’t have a backing and our room phone was unplugged and didn’t work when it was plugged in and the curtains were ripped. Parking lot is small, and police were there for multiple different guests. Overall, it didn’t feel safe or well kept. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this location.

This is an older property , reasonably kept up, at a good rate. Basics are provided and it is reasonably clean.

We enjoyed our stay, we liked that it was so close to all the activities. My kids really enjoyed the lazy river pool.

Old building, under renovation or at least they said it was. The lobby and hallways smelled like terrible incense. The breakfast was fair, better than some.

Pools areas were not very attractive a lot of broken things non working elevators lack of ice machines, Breakfast was good,rooms were cozy and clean. Was quiet.

The property is under construction... pool are needs some attention. Considering price... was a good stay

The rooms were very outdated and filthy, the pool, lazy river, and hot tub water where a yellow milky color and didn’t appear sanitary at all. Only one elevator works. I definitely wouldn’t stay again!

i wound up not even staying here just eat the fees ... felt dirty and unsafe . the first light didnt even work upon walking into room initially. second light was hanging out of ceiling with exposed wires ABOVE BUNK BEDS. imagine had i had a child with me ... front staff was very rude and inconsiderate . didnt offer other room , or anything make up for feeling unsafe to sleep in a room with exposed wires and two lights that dont work in a room .

The hotel is in need of repair, both pools, hot tub, and lazy river had big holes in the concrete throughout the hot tub was only hot water no jets going, carpet all over was nasty the hallways, some of the doors to the rooms was dented like someone had been punching it. Had a balcony chairs tore up and nasty.

The staff especially at the front desk were very nice. The breakfast was good.

Very outdated,dirty smelly bed lumpy only one working elevator no ice machine ceiling leaking no floats for the lazy river cold coffee and cold potato taste like left over from day before dirty carpet would not recommend

Rooms were very dated, but they were pretty clean and comfy.

WiFi was total crap, the “kitchen” sink made barely just a dribble so was impossible to wash any dishes. The bed wasn’t so comfortable, one side had what seemed to be a hole in it. Smelled very chemically, walked to the indoor pool and the chlorine about took me out and the water wasn’t very clear, like you could tell it had a ton of chemicals in it so we didn’t even attempt to use it. The breakfast was good, wish they had had yogurts but overall was good. Service was friendly, we stayed 4 nights (Thurs night-Mon morning) and they came into the room and cleaned up Friday and Saturday while we were out and replaced towels and all which was nice. Visit was ok, but probably won’t stay again. They just went through a renovation or something and it didn’t seem the rooms received much renovating, lobby was very pretty tho!

never stay here...it took 3 rooms before we got one that was bad but wasnt tas bad as the others...the 1st had holes in the walls draws had no handles and microwave didnt work...funiture looked like it just came through a war...no lamps..the bed was like a rock..i could go on and on...th 2nd was a little better but not much...the 3rd we took because i had already payed up front the carpet was dirty like it still had oreo cookies on iti have pics of the 3rd should have taken some of the 1st...the 3rd exposed wiring from the smoke detector the micro dintnt work it wouldnt spin the bathroom comode leaed and had to keep towels in the floor...the ligt in the batroomwas busted out and was a electrical problem..the manger said all the room were the same so we settled for this one .....heard a lot of complaints about the other rooms from customers, like th comode seats were missing no one had good mattresses ours were like sagged. in all the roomsthe jallway way carpets were never sweept and we were there 7 days .on the weekend they took the meats off the breakfast i guess because ther more people and put them back on when there were less to save money ive never been to a place so bad inmy life..dont go by the pictures un lees tyhey were taken when it was first built..im tring to send pictures but im having problems downloading them to the email......

Overall, I would really rate this place a 2.5. It is on the cheaper end of some of the hotels in the area that offer a pool, lazy river and hot tub, but it needs work, BAD. From the getgo, when I was checking in, a lady in front of me was complaining about her room and saying "this is not what we signed up for," so I was nervous and the check in clerk did not seem to be all that concerned with helping her. Then, all of the elevators but one were broken down, and the one elevator was very inconsistent. Sometimes it would take us to our floor with no problems and sometimes it would just let you be stuck there. The floor we were on was undergoing remodeling, so the paint and walls looked terrible. But when we got to our room, we were pleasantly surprised. We were very happy with our room. It was clean, the beds were super comfy, and we had everything we needed. We had no issue with the room really besides the AC was crazy inconsistent. We would set it all the way down to 60 just to get it to start cooling off the room and it still would not really cool it off. But the halls were FREEZING. The balconies offer no privacy at all. There is a small iron fence blocking your way between your neighbors, but you are sitting right there next to your neighbors with no privacy. The pool was okay but once again, the temps were very inconsistent. One night the hot tub was so hot, my skin was red after two minutes, the next night it was cold, and the next night it was a great temp. Same with t
