We stayed when we came in town to see a show at the Ice House. Extremely convenient for that and decent walking distance to Old Town Pasadena that is very walkable and a lot to do. The responsiveness of the staff has been quite poor. They do not answer the phone or emails.

We were upgraded to an absolutely beautiful room. Views of the mountain were stunning. Friendly staff and wonderful room

I always wanted to try out and experience the rooms at the Pasadena hotel which used to be called the Constance. Back in the day the Constance was really nice in terms of luxury in the lobby. They had great dim sum and other bar food choices and they had a great bartender and at night live piano player playing music, which made the ambience even nicer. My girlfriend and I, decided to try out the passing hotel in pool for my birthday weekend… And we are Pasadena residence. We liked the room we chose because it was in the corner and it had a large bathtub, which we both wanted to try out. The TV in the room near the bathtub did not work. The TV, the main TV, facing the bed had limited channels to choose from however that wasn't the worst problem we had for one night stay for $180.00 or so. Whatever the room charge was. But something like that between $170-180.00 for just one night. And it would be OK if it was like the Constance on the bottom of the hotel the lobby that is and everything worked up at our room. How are the worst part of the room was there was black mold surrounding both sides of that room. We reported it to The front desk gal which I think, related to the manager, which the manager didn't even come out to apologize for the inconvenience and the health hazard which got me sick me and my girlfriend have bad allergies and we were very sick and this is before the Pasadena, Eden fires. After I complain about our stay and what was wrong, they didn't offer to compen

Parking a little confusing. Be aware there is a parking fee per day.

I usually love this hotel. Completely bizarre experience as they put us in a room with the bathroom in the middle of the room! Not even enough room for one person. We have stayed here 4 times before and had a wonderful visit. This time the bar and hotel were completely run down and trashy and our room was actually completely unacceptable. Sad, terrible management.

I love this place

The carpet in the room was filthy. The maid service didnt replenish cups daily and when asking the front desk about where the nearest Catholic Church was, they could help or even volunteered to find out. No water in the water dispensary at the gym and equipment is old.

Great staff and hotel was clean.

Great hotel overall. We loved the pool and the cozy lobby area. The bathrooms in the deluxe room were a bit strange. There was only a frosted glass door covering the toilet room, and there was a huge gap where the door is supposed to close. Every time we used the bathroom it felt awkward lol.

ONLY-BUT-BIG NEGATIVE: NO COFFEE SERVICE IN ROOM. WANT YOUR MORNING START-UP BREW? GET DRESSED, GO TO LOBBY BAR AND B-U-Y IT! REALLY/REALLY DISLIKE THIS. OTHERWISE, THE HOTEL IS A STANDOUT. NECERTHELESS, THIS COFFE "SERVICE" FEELS STINGY AND INHOSPITABLE.

Lovely hotel but there are no complimentary bottles of water.

Wonderful staff. Great bar and small bites. Room very quiet.

The decor was nice, which matched the old look of the outside of the building. The room was smaller than the picture online showed. The bidet in room 504 didn't work :( I didn't like the entrance to the parking. Not enough signs for direction. The parking didnt have proper information as to how to get to the lobby or reception area of the hotel. Seems you are entering through the back service entrance. Persons at the counter could be more attentive and welcoming, by going out to receive you at the loading zone or something???

Beautiful property, so close to Old Town and all the attractions. Great staff, very comfortable room and amazing vibe. I’ve always wanted stay Here and will always stay here from now on for my visits to Pasadena.

Historic and lovely

Good property, but be advised the windows are single pane, possibly due to historical designation, so the is considerable noise from street. Would advise to get a room that faces interior
