친구와 급 뉴욕서 만나게 되어 급히 찾게 된 숙소인데 위치 등을 고려하면 가성비가 훌륭했어요.
침대 시트, 화장실이 깨끗할 것 같아서 갔는데 만족스러웠습니다.
다만 카페트인게 아쉬워요. 비염이나 먼지 알러지 심한 분들은 고려해볼만한 포인트네요.
커피와 물이 1층에 상시로 제공되고,
아침에 선착순으로 베이글을 주는데 그런 부분도 플러스 요소였습니다.
그리고 스탭 분들이 정말 친절하세요
Had a wonderful stay here. Great location, clean bathroom and bed sheets as well as wonderful staff.
There is free water and coffee machine in the lobby (and the coffee taste better than most nearby coffee shops).
The only thing was the carpeted floors which I try to avoid when I book hotels.
But can't complain considering the location, price, and cleanliness of this hotel.

프론트 데스크 직원들이 엄청 친절합니다. 낮은 층에 배정됐는데 아직 리모델링?이 안되어서 어두웠고, 조명을 추가로 요청했어요. 타임스퀘어 쪽이라 객실이 많이 좁고 에어컨이나 히터는 방안에 기계로 작동시켜야 하는 약간 옛날 스타일이에요. 숙소 근처는 위험하진 않았지만 다음에는 탐스퀘어 쪽으로는 숙소 안잡을것 같아요

Great stay. It was a last minute decision and I was glad I found this hotel. The location was a bit far from where I needed to be but it was still accessible. Would I return to this hotel? Absolutely! Large modern lobby with clean dining room and terrace, free coffee and water, excellent service, impeccable housekeeping! Very European which I liked. Efficient use of space in the room. Fluffly towels. The bed sheets felt clean. No icky feeling. There is a small fridge. I got a few items for free as a vip member apparently. Overall, we were satisfied.

My adult daughter and I spent a girls’ weekend in NYC , and stayed at PESTANA CR7 TIMES SQUARE.
The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and mini-bar had a good variety.
I can’t give enough praise to the staff, especially at the front desk! They are all wonderful! Any requests we had were taken care of very quickly, and efficiently.
And the location is central to so many things!
We are planning another trip to NYC, along with my husband this time, and we definitely want to stay here!

Ive been coming to this hotel for, I think the last 4 or 5 years and it always has been nice,clean,comfortable and right around the block from Port authority and time square and only 4 to 5 block from Penn Station and 5 to 6 also from the Javis center. Also this year they also said because im a loyalty memeber they gave me 7 free items from the mini fridge which was a nice gesture from them.

Our stay was pleasant and quiet. Front desk staff was very friendly. In-room amenities are lacking. The TV interface and internet login is locked down and painfully unintuitive, so don't expect to use your own streaming device. This is the type of place you stay for a night or two with the intent to not spend any time in your room. Relatively cost-effective.

Very modern hotel in a good central location for all main midtown Manhatten attractions. Broadway and Times Sq. 15mins. Central park 25 mins. all walkable for those able and subway 5 mins walk to go further afield. Comfortable beds, room a good size, standard of cleanliness is very high. Staff very helpful. No bar at hotel and limited breakfast of bagels and coffee, no other dining available at hotel but can order in. Would recommend to a friend. :)
