Definitely will stay here again.

Excellent location to shopping and dining! Just a few feet from everything! There was one small pool and a hot tub nearby. The food at the bar was good. We had an avocado chicken sandwich and a slice of key lime pie. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were quiet. We upgraded to an ocean view in hopes to sit on the balcony and sip coffee in the mornings. The balcony was so small with oversized chairs that my 6’2 husband had to put part of the chair inside the room and part in the balcony so that he would fit on the balcony without his knees being jammed against the railing. The railing also obscured the view. We paid quite a bit extra for this amenity so that is the reason for one star taken away. Other than that it was a nice stay!

The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was amazing.

Overall a great experience! My only comment the rooms should have a small table/2 chairs. There is plenty of room for it!!

Best location to Duval for bars great restaurants and shopping . Will definitely stay again . Our oceanfront room view was amazing

I think was good, the only thing I would've like was room service for food, but ordering on the phone and then walking to the onsite restaurant was not that bad.

Perfect vacation spot! It has such a relaxed vibe! The grounds are beautiful with so much to see. The staff was absolutely amazing as well!

Nice room with small, private beach. Many restaurants and activities within walking distance.

Close to the action

The staff were very helpful. Our first room was very noisy. The noise was coming from a variety of sources - other guests and bars near the resort. They moved us to the spa building which was much better. They offer regular coffee outside the main restaurant. No decaf or hot water for tea.

Very nice but paying for location, that is fine . Beach was very nice relaxing and clean property was clean . Weather gorgeous, room was loud we were on ground floor . Air conditioning was to cold when running but to warm when off but this is common . Overall very nice hotel !!

Was convenient yet quiet. Staff checked on you regularly. Beautiful surroundings. Was centrally located walkable to all major things to do.

Here is a summary of our stay January 11 – a later check in than planned due to flight issues. Checked in around 6pm and were escorted to our room. Check in was smooth and no issues. We thought we had booked a suite with an ocean view. Given it was later and already dark out, we opted for dinner at the Pier House restaurant. Dinner and service was very good January 12 - on waking the next morning, we stepped on to our balcony to find a beautiful view of the parking lot. No ocean in site – very disappointing. We went to the Pier House restaurant for breakfast (included in our package). Since we had a booking at 9am, we arrived at the restaurant shortly after 8am. We both ordered the two egg entrees. This arrived with everything cold. You would expect being almost first in the restaurant and with very few other people in the restaurant, everything would be fresh and hot off the grill. Not a great start. We also notice a spill on the floor outside of our room, just outside our door. Looked like pop or coffee. This did not get cleaned until January 14. Cleaning staff must have stepped over it in their entry to our room for two days. We stayed in Suite 619, on the second floor. The main stairs to the second floor were carpeted and were disgusting. The condition of the carpet was worse than a 2 star roadside motel. Cleaning or replacing is definitely recommended. January 13 – breakfast was good January 14 – breakfast was hot but it took 3 separate sets of silv

The stay was great and staff was very helpful.

Great location and would stay again. We were on a ground floor room in Atrium building and was very noisy from staff working in corridors starting at about 7am everyday. That’s a bit early for vacation property.
