We had such a nice stay. This motel is in a really good location for the mountain. I used the nice modern laundry and the hot tub. I also saw a family thoroughly enjoying the indoor heated pool. The shower in our room had fabulously hot water! Our puppy was welcomed. The staff was the best. That Marketplace is such a wonderful idea too. The bed was very comfortable. We came for a staycation as we live in a rural area so the amenities were really appreciated. We will definitely be back again. This is now our go to place when we come to town!

Stayed for 1 night. Property was clean. Room seemed recently renovated and was clean as well. Bed was comfortable. Shower and bathroom was good. Only issue was I could hear some road noise in room. While not near a super busy road it was noticeable. Not a big deal for me but may be for very light sleepers.

Great price option for comfortable room with kitchenette (sink, micro, fridge, table) and comfortable bed. In center of Pinetop on Hwy 260. In bathroom, the transition strip had two missing nails along with two nail heads sticking up 1/4". I cut my foot on one in middle of the night. Also multiple loose floor tiles on bathroom floor. Hallway noise passing by door was too loud and disruptive in middle of the night. Loud kids and partiers walking down halls could be easily heard.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The toilet was very low to the ground and also very shallow so using the bathroom wasn’t very comfortable. Hubs dunked his balls into the toilet when he used it and wasn’t very happy about that. The staff was great and they are pet friendly.

Very minimalist, bare bones room. Comfortable bed, but no ambience. Hard floor with no rugs, only two hard chairs and a small table, no art on the walls, very blah. Harsh bright lights with no dimmer.

We stayed at this hotel 7 years ago when it was Super 8. This was a last minute trip, so we tried it out despite the new ownership/name change. We were pleasantly surprised. It has been renovated, and our bedroom was super comfortable with everything we needed (except a hairdryer, but I didn’t ask the front desk who probably had one for use). It was clean, quiet, and better than we remembered. We will be back!

Not even close to online ad, condition, appearance, newness, in clean old and run down , exposed drywall appeared to be mold and mildew, bad smell, . We did NOT stay there, they still charged a $30 fee, we never recommend this to anyone, ever
