The person at the front desks was very not helping nor accommodating and rude

Unprofessional behavior by the staff.

Very rude beds were uncomfy and it smelled.

Croaches in the room, dirty bed sheets. Non smoking room but smell like a smoking room. Staffs are not profession. They treat you like treating prisoner or criminal. May be that how most of thier customer been there and continues stay there are used to it, they may have some background that cause the management treat new client as they been treating thier existing clients. If state controller be there this place will get many points to get penalties.

Coffee was terrible. It was cold and old..

The hotel was so nasty that we tried to get a refund and could not get ahold of anyone from hotels .com to cancel. We left and found another one on hotels that was just as bad. had burn holes in the comforter and hair on the sheets pretty nasty. we left there and drove an hour and a half to a relatives house

There were roaches all over the room, attendant said there was nothing he could do. Air conditioner did not blow cool. Attendant also said nothing he could do. Carpet was wet in hallway. Elevator was broken this morning. Had to haul all our stuff down the stairs in hot muggy weather. Really bad experience. Paid $68.00. Don't do it.

There are roaches, + the room smell like straight cigarettes everytime. This place is run down there are cheaper hotels in the area with way better quality.

Excellent property being kept up to standard. Clean and quiet atmosphere.

This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever been in. It had roaches, wasn't cleaned up, rude staff, bed bugs, the sheets had piss stains, the place was absolutely disgusting.

This was the worst hotel I've been to in my lifetime and I've been there 45 years you never come back here.

Over all is fine but room service is not professional service.

It’s a nice place to stay if you’re just passing by.

There was roaches all in the bathroom and mold in the ceiling of room 214 and the faucet wouldn't stop dripping. The fire alarm was in the drawer. The top cover had a smell like ot hasn't been washed.

junk outside, homeless people handing around, shower curtain full of mildew. not a very good place for you to remomment

Very quiet and clean

There were several maintenance issues sited on property, running toilets, clear signs of ceiling/roof leaks, peeling and chipped paint in waiting areas, halls, and room. Staff also gave my a key-card and told me it was for room 226. The key-card did not work in the door for 2 reasons, 1) There was still someone staying in that room, and 2) I was told the wrong room by staff. I was supposed to be staying in 228. I actually disturbed the person staying in room 226 due to me trying the key-card 4 times and trying to open his door.

So we stayed here because they advertised as a pet friendly hotel. After a very long day of driving we checked in around 1:30 AM. The late night desk clerk took our information, checked us in and gave us a room. I got about 3 hours of sleep and left to work around 5:45 AM. Around 9:00 AM I get a call from my wife saying she was scared because the hotel had been calling her and screaming at her, saying she had a dog in the room, then banged on the door and walked right in while she was getting ready for her shower. Fortunately, my dog is a very protective Malinois who made him think twice about his life choices and he left. Obviously, my wife was very very upset and I of course rushed back and confronted the front desk staff. They admitted everything to my face and said that we had not told them we had a dog. I replied that it's not my responsibility to know what to tell them and what not to tell - if they need additional information they need to ask and they did not so this is a training issue and they need to train their employees better, not scream at guests and barge in on them in a state of undress. I called the police who came to investigate and told me THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME this has happened. We immediately left and booked a different hotel. I cannot stress enough how you should not come to this hotel. Had my dog not been there to protect my wife who knows what would have happened next. Please, for your own safety and well being, do not come here.
