It was cool. Kinda pricey for what it's worth. The elevator was super slow. They charge you for using necessities

The bed was very comfortable

not a place I’d recommend to anyone

The shower doesn’t run hot water.

We like the location but given that this hotel is much older building it has a very musty smell especially in the room

Walls are thin and street noise was loud. Toilet never flushed properly. Friendly staff. It’s not updated but TV and AC worked and good water pressure in shower

Great place to crash after a late night of partying!

If your looking for a great location that it is right in downtown and close to St.pete Pier. Shower was cold and the cleaning staff could do a better job at cleaning the shower.

When we first check in the blanket had a stains of blood we called the front desk they move us to 402 and the water didn't have no pressure the floors were dirty we asked for paper toilet paper and we didn't get paper until Sunday evening every time that I talk to somebody and they concierge they were nasty and rude

I love this boutique hotel which is in heart of St Pete and affordable and very cute. Staff are always freindly!

Dirty room, dirty bathroom with hair all over the shower floor, horrible bed and plus was a rolling bed so the bed moves always.

During my four days and three nights at this property hotel room was never once cleaned! I only received fresh towels and shampoo as well as body wash. Out of the three nights that I stayed at the property my Wi-Fi only worked for one night and the cable only worked for one of the nights that I was there. I was told by the front desk staff that this was an old hotel. He asked me what did I expect about the property? The front desk staff was dismissive and rude. I politely notified them each time that the Wi-Fi went out and the cable went out. Also even after I notified them several times that my room had not been cleaned my room still wasn't cleaned on any of the nights even when I put a sign outside of my door every single day to request that the room be cleaned by housekeeping. The location of the hotel is in a great area which is conveniently located by many restaurants and a short walk to the Salvador Dali Museum! The hotel bedroom was a good size and aside from that I loved the area in which the hotel was located at but the lack of customer service and the lack of cleanliness at the hotel left many things to be desired

The staff were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that a colleague’s room was bug-infested and he asked to be moved in the middle of the night. My room was comfortable, but the area rug was a bit dingy.

Cheap for the area, one night stay after show at Straz and fantastic dinner at Fortu next door

The rooms were so small you couldn't have one small chair. No dresser. TV didn't work (mgr. couldn't fix) No updates to rooms EVER.
