Everything was great except the heater didn't work and it was a cold night. Maintenace got the heater to work but it was stuck on high and the room got REALLY hot. Had to change rooms at 4:30 AM. I've stayed here at least 4 times, and this is the first complaint. I like the Little Italy area.

Location is great however the rooms are dingy and not at all like the pictures. Floors are sticky, soap and shampoo dispensers rusty, bead squeaky, and I'm not sure why they advertise sound proof rooms but they're definitely not. Hallways are creepy and the tiny pool on the roof is ridiculous. They also advertise charging for EV however turns out they actually don't have a charging station. False advertisement for $45 valet parking. Won't be staying here again.

Absolutely would not recommend, it’s very terrible for the price. The room is super rusty, and it’s super unclean - the floor is dirty and the towels either have stain or hair (that’s not mine. The heater doesn’t work so I froze the whole nights. The worst is I woke up with rushes around my neck after my first night ( I have no known allergies and this never happened during my lifetime) and after the second night, it got significantly worsen. Terrible condition for the price

It is an abuse that they do not have free parking for guests, they have 3 two on the first floor and one underground. the two on the first floor have them cancelled and on the other it is only valet parking and they charge you 45 dollars a night. the parking on the street is for a limited time and they give you an infringement, I asked the person who attended me if I could park on the street and told me no problem, they gave me 2 tickets.

Extremely dirty hotel. Everything broken . Hairs and nails in the sheets Mold in the bathroom Parking 45$ a night Pets 69$ a night Front seat with dirt under her nails. AC and thermostat in room not working. No daylight in rooms just bedside table light Trust me and stay away from this hotel it is disgusting

Love this area for a fun staycation! Close to amazing restaurants and cute shops. There is a great Farmers Market on Saturdays. We enjoy watching the sunset at the 4th floor restaurant Glass Door.

I didn’t like I got charge 2 towels but I didn’t mess up the room they took me $100 dollar more for 2 towel I don’t get it why if y’all need to clean it and wash them I don’t recommend people to come this hotel they charge to much and don’t look so nice small rooms and I been in Vegas looks so beautiful like a suite and only charge $100 deposit here they charge $250 plus $45 a day valet parking
